“I LOVE using this pharmacy. I used to use Krogers pharmacy for YEARS but had to use CVS for a medication that Krogers could not keep in stock,plus Krogers staff were constantly messing up our prescriptions (shorting pill counts & telling us rxs were ready when they were not!) & seemed to care less & less each time we were there! The staff & EVERYONE AT CVS is so awesome to deal with & seems to care so much! I have moved all of our medications to CVS! Thanks for being so awesome & taking such good care of me & my family!”

“Excellent customer service✔Friendly and professional, knowing staff1✔I was having a difficult time finding Ginseng and an extremely tall employee noticed to offer help right away. I had never seen a Woman her height in real life and must have looked startled. She was head shoulder taller than me with board shoulders and big boned all over with well developed muscles as if She were an Amazon Athlete. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you. I get that a lot because I'm so big..." She pointed down to her enormously large feet in brown loafers with Grey Socks. "and tall. I think I'm done growing and outgrowing everything except my shoes for some strange reason...anyone can see how much I've grown by the 2-3 inch gap in these old,, comfy pants I still wear.." She put her enormous right foot out to show me. "Oh!! I bet you've never seen feet this big before. My shoes are a bit snug today. I've had to special order mens ginormous shoes since I outgrew the largest Men’s size in every store back in High School. I'm much bigger than most men my height. I'm a size 18E!!"”
“the staff are friendly, informative, and don’t announce prescriptions practically over a megaphone like other pharmacies (i’m looking at you CVS). i wish the pharmacist on duty today would’ve initially made eye contact, walked over to me to speak with me, etc. it felt a bit impersonal speaking to someone as they’re talking to me from their monitor 15 feet away. other than that, it’s great.”

“I usually have less than enjoyable experiences here but nothing tragic to report as of lately. I wanted to take a moment real quick to recognize the pharmacist Lisa. It’s so hard for me to get in contact with my doctor and there’s a National shortage for my prescription so trying to navigate this has been such a pain. Lisa was willing to take the time to give me alternative options and made sure I understood everything. That was a wonderful experience and had to share before I forgot to! The lady who initially helped me first was also friendly and had cute fun earrings, loved to see the individuality!Lastly, I was welcomed when I entered the store which was nice as I usually am not and I could tell she was hyper aware of customers heading up front so she could come up as needed. Great visit today! Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because I’ve had several 1 star trips over the years. Keep up the good work everyone :)”
“I have always loved this location and never really had a problem with finding what I need in the store but online is a different story, it will say they are out of stock on something but will have a full stock inside the store. Never understood that.everyone has always been nice except for one time I had one incident with a self checkout cashier while I was checking out $150 of items.( I only use self checkout ) and I heard the manager call the cashier over and she said (whispered)” I can’t cause I have to Watch HER!” ( I was the only person there) so I looked up quickly and they were both looking at me and turned away. So I let her know that I heard that and don’t appreciate it! I do NOT STEAL! And I go into that Kroger for the last 2 1/2 yrs I’ve lived in GC, 2 to 3 times a week and spend OVER $70 each time about $300 to $400 a week which is a lot of money ( to my family) so I think I deserve a little respect as a loyal customer and not accused of something. BTW I have PTSD,Anxiety, Social Anxiety so besides work and grocery store I DONT leave the house! That gave me a sour taste about this location so I have been doing mostly curbside pickup since then.”
