Easily the cleanest Petland I have been in. The animals are well-kept, and even the ferrets don't have an odor! Tanya was very helpful and very friendly.

Was looking for a specific collar for my pet. Very disappointed in their selection. Most of it was the same as what you could have gotten at Walmart for lower price.

Just find a reputable breeder if youre looking for "purebred" or go to a shelter for a mix...
Got a pug (on sale/"returned") for $2k.
Looked totally pug as a puppy. Apricot fawn in color, fat, adorableee.
He's now over a year old and tan with brown down his back, bigger (taller, longer body) than an actual pug, and SKINNY with unlimited access to food. Anxious.
Didn't know any better when I got him, then started researching petland after.
His vet confirmed that, yes, his face and tail are pug, but his color, size, and build, are not.
Read the fine print regardless of how fast your sales person goes through the paperwork.
Could have found a mixed breed at the shelter for $100.
Seriously, don't let them price gouge you for a mixed breed dog . Pugs NOT on discount are $6k. I'm glad I got him at the price I did, because $6k & I would have really caused chaos.adorable ee.
To add: I've owned a business & been listed in the BBB. Companies have to pay for an A+ rating, it has nothing to do with complaints & reviews. Saw them bring up their BBB (Better Business Bureau) rating in passive agreesive responses to other bad reviews.

The store was very clean when we were there and they were very attentive to hygiene in the puppy play rooms and when switching puppies. The staff was very patient and allowed us to play with a few different puppies and my son had so much fun. Would recommend this location!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I purchased a dachshund in October 2023. The day after getting her, I found out she had pneumonia. She was hospitalized for 5 days and on treatment for weeks after. She also had Giardia but it was mostly likely picked up while she was receiving treatment. The only upside is that Petland paid for the costs of the hospital stay/pneumonia treatment because I caught it the day after and it did not exceed the purchase price. I’m so happy my puppy responded well to treatment and is thriving now, the vet said if it had waited another day or two, the outcome could have been different. I should have done more research because it is known that Petland as a whole is horrible and unethical organization and I hate that I contributed to them. I will never again. I love my puppy and I’m happy she is mine, but shame on this place for not taking better care of their dogs.

I love visiting this pet store with my 8yr old daughter. It always brings a smile to her face being able to play with and spend time with the puppies. The staff is always super friendly and patient about letting her choose which she wants to hold and switching pups. A++

Was just there and brought my first puppie "Jack Russell Terrier" from them! Paige and Emily was absolutely amazing! Thank you both for helping me get what all I needed for my sweet and beautiful pup and for being extra patient.Both girls was super sweet and very educated when it comes to a new baby's! Emily was extremely pushy and rude towards me and my son when we were trying to look at dogs and didn’t give us any time to actually play with the few dogs I was looking at for my son. Her acting this way wakes me not want to come back to this location, it doesn’t feel welcoming like it should be.
