Horrible, beyond horrible customer service. Man was rude as can be who was working today, talked to me rudely when I simply asked if they sold flavored vapes. His answer was for the third time now! However he hasn't once answered the question. He actually appeared to be under the influence of something. I would never give my money to a store that has someone like this working in it. Therefore. I walked out. As a business owner myself, I tend to take the customers word as is, if there is zero benefit to them as to what they are saying. However, with that said, I will also pull any video of thar day or night to see what exactly occured and to make sure the customer is reporting correct to me. In addition, I always pull any audio recordings as most businesses have this set up on their phones for security reasons. Doing both of these actions ensure that I am not only employing individuals that are worth my while to pay them, but also ensures they are displaying behaviors that are of value to my business. And not pulling away from my business. Just a suggestion from one business owner to another. And your employee couldn't have reported to you more wrong, on his actions and behavior this evening. Due to that, I ended up taking My business down the street to smoke shop cigar and vape off of hoover. They were excellent and the gentleman working couldn't have been nicer. Being, I was dropping over 300 dollars in a vape store tonight, there was no way I was going to do so and spend that to a place where a worker was beyond unprofessional and rude. If it was me, i would most certainly be pulling the audio to the call and then the tapes. Just guessing that you won't want to employ anyone who acts like him, or him, once you do this. Or at the minimum, start sending in secret shoppers when your employees are working, to ensure your store is giving out the reputation you worked hard to earn and to keep. It's worthwhile because running a business and keeping business takes hard work. And having one or a few people take away from your business and personal income for your family, is not what any business owner would want or sets out to do.

Big cigar room/cave with a very limited selection.After reading the response from the owner. I wanted to clarify my review.This store is more focused on being a paraphernalia store. Selling pipes,bongs, CBD and more. Their selection of drug paraphernalia is more high end than most of the junk cigars they offer.Yes they do have a VERY small selection of average cigars that would satisfy a newbie. But, to a cigar affectionate they really miss the mark.

This store has a great selection of products, name brands and more. This was my first time going to this smoke shop and I was impressed when I walked inside. The store is very organized and clean. The owner of the store is very knowledgeable and helpful. Go inside today and check out the superb selection. I will definitely be back again and again and again. 10/10 ?? ?? thumbs up ??
