Shawn was very helpful and patient through multiple visits and consultations for our project. I took multiple trips and price work ups before we could decide what we wanted and when we could have it delivered. With a lobby full of customers he made sure what we needed got taken care of. I would definitely consider ourselves more difficult customers and we changed things until it was what we wanted and we were happy. Thank you for your time and continued friendliness while we figured out the project.

I used to support this local business every year when we went to get our yearly mulch supply, but I doubt I'll be back again. I went to get some of the absolute black mulch, because the price online was cheaper than Home Depot and my wife and I were doing yard work the same day - However, once in the store they informed me that the price online was not going to be honored as they didn't have to, and that price was only for deliveries. The woman behind the counter didn't seem to care much about the inconvenience and offered no solutions except "place an online order for delivery another day."Needless to say, after this experience, my wife and I went straight to Home Depot because the price they had online was the same as in-store and actually cheaper than the Ohio Mulch in-store price..... I genuinely can't believe that a company would refuse to match their own online pricing in this day and age. As I stated before, I sincerely doubt I'll ever be back after this experience.

We buy mulch and topsoil here often. Very nice and helpful staff, and the manager Shawn was polite and helpful when we had a question about a price. Great local source for mulch, soil, and gravel.

Shawn has been very helpful every time I have went there he has also got materials lined out at other stores for me when he hasn't had what I needed. He is excellent about answering the phone and returning calls. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Days after making an online order, I realized I may have ordered 1 yd too much. I called this location and the manager was very courteous and accommodating. He told me he would locate my order and get back with me. Within minutes I got an email that I was refunded for 1 yard.You can't go wrong with this place. Even with the delivery charge it comes out to about $4 a bag. That definitely beats making 3 trips to a nursery, leaving with a vehicle full of bags, and then carrying the bags all around my yard. The staff is professional and courteous.

I bought a house recently and what with one thing and another I didn't get around to buying mulch as soon as I needed it. I called Ohio Mulch on a Saturday afternoon and had it in my garage in less than 90 minutes. Of course it helped that I live only about 5 miles from the closest Ohio Mulch. The delivery charge was reasonable. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the man who delivered my mulch, but I think he might have been the manager of the location I ordered from. He was friendly and polite, and answered the few questions I wanted to ask. I'm going to need gravel soon, and I know where I'm going to get it. Thank you, Ohio Mulch.
