I was working with Billy Hollis and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve had. I never got any replies to emails and even my calls were dodged and went unanswered. Thank God I switch over to a new lender, Rapid Mortgage, in time and ended up closing on my house in a month! As a first time homebuyer, this process was hard and stressful enough and it just sucked that I didn’t receive the care and attention for my home search. Super disappointed.

I'm writing a one star review because I voice concerns about my possession date versus closing date and my financial agent Michael Auge convince me it would be fine Don't worry we got this..... Yeah now that I paid all the money still don't have the keys. I'm dealing with a seller's agent trying to get my keys so for that I give it one star review because I was worried about this before and now I paid $7,000 and still don't have my keys...... So yeah don't know what else to say but one star review i'm not going out of my way to get keys for something I already paid for.

Buying a house took me 5 years to do. After moving from Chicago to Ohio. In those 5 long years I lost the job that allowed me to move to Ohio lost what savings I had. Had a second child and rebuild my saving. During that long time BILLY was patient kind and answered EVERY single question I had. Thank you Billy your patience and customer service is beyond excellent.

Excellent service! Very friendly staff! My wife and I worked with Billy Hollis and Justus Sharp as well and the two of them did anything and everything necessary to not only get us approved for our dream home but also keep us in our comfort range with our payment and interest! They’re a team that truly cares about their clients and it shows! They said from the start to not hesitate to call them with any questions and they truly meant it unlike most places! Buying a home is never really easy, but they made it as easy as they could for their part of it! Highly recommend the Justus Sharp team with NFM Lending!!!!

They do as much of the work up front as possible. They are set up to allow you to provide whatever information is necessary on your side without a lot of pain i.e. they have a very user friendly site that allows you to sign in and upload documents versus dropping them off or faxing. Very professional group of people who take the time to make sure that the transaction is a positive experience for everyone involved. I had a lot of questions and they were very quick and detailed responding. Good people, smooth transaction. Will use again when applicable!

We were referred to NFL through HER Realty. This company is amazing they worked very hard for my family and kept us informed the entire way. They explained different ways to help me build my credit and the best options for getting my monthly payments as low as possible. We worked specifically with Justus and Billy, these guys are very knowledgeable and made the process really easy.

Justus, Billy and their team did a great job with my mortage loan for my first house. They were available to answer questions through the entire process. They are honest and trustworthy and gave me a good interest rate. They helped me by immediately sending a preapproval letter for my dream house in a multiple offer situation.
