I took a used, verified authentic Breitling in here 2 times asking for assistance. They did not want to help because I didn't buy it from them, but this is the only local dealer.They wouldn't contact Breitling for parts for me and told me to contact them myself, which they refer you back to your local dealer. I then found a link and asked to put it in and he fumbled with it for 10 minutes and said it didn't fit because it's not the right one.I went home and bought a watch repair kit online and put the link in myself and I've never worked on a watch before.I planned on buying a few more watches, but I will literally drive hours away to do business with someone else.

I LOVE Meyers Jewelers for SO many reasons - not the least of which being that despite not being a frequent or high dollar return customer - I am still remembered and valued, 10 years later. How can you NOT love that as a customer? Plus, hometown Jackets supporter...yeah, I am a customer for life!

I previously had been shopping at Kay Jewelers, for many years. But my trip to Meyers Jewelers was a much better experience as a customer. I'm going to try and make my next purchase for jewelry at Meyers Jewelers. I think the prices may be a little higher, but I know in life you get what you pay for

They are wonderful. My husband had gotten my engagement ring and wedding bands here awhile ago. I came in recently because my setting bent over time. They fixed it at no charge and it looks brand new. Very easy and nice.

Purchased my three piece wedding set in 2014. They have inspected and cleaned it multiple times over the years. Always professional, fast, and efficient. I have lost a couple tiny diamonds and they have replaced no charge. And only takes 3-4 days for completion.
