Management is absolutely horrible. There is no customer service and they don’t stand behind doing what is right. Manager named T said that she would correct it. Then when I came in to redo the service, she did not stand by her word. People pay for a service and when it is not given correctly, it should be addressed, and not lied to. Think twice before spending your hard earned money. I feel sorry if this is the way they treat their staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was hands down the worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. The guy who did my nails didn’t speak a word to me and rushed through my appointment. My nails are uneven and you can just see the poor effort that was put in. I didn’t even have a chance to ask him to fix anything because by the time I was down he was up and ready to get me out of there as fast as he could. I usually never complain about my nails but when I am paying $80 on something for myself I want it to look nice and for the person to take their time.

My thumbnail’s polish got a big bubble the day after I got them done and basically tore causing it to look like it does in the picture. I never went in to get it fixed because I wasn’t thrilled with the customer experience, but this shouldn’t happen regardless. I also waited about 40 min for a walk in, which granted it was a walk in so I’m not really docking this place in my review, but I will say I’ve never had to wait more than 5 min for a walk in anywhere else in Columbus.

I literally love the people here and the atmosphere. I always come to two of the ladies here and they do a phenomenal job every time. Super nice and friendly too. My go-to is Leslie and I also love going to Jazmyn too. They are the best in my opinion.

The pedicure was decent but nothing special, and I was not happy by my surprise when I got to the register and my forty something dollar pedicure turned out to be 84 dollars plus a tip. The lady doing my toes was not speaking clearly and she also had a mask on her face so I could not hear her when she told me it was a $35 Extra charge for gel polish. That's outrageous! I did not cause a scene, stayed polite and I went with the flow, but I was a first time customer, and I won't be going back.

I came in with my daughter today. I actually recommended this place because I had been once before with some friends a few years ago and everything went well. We called before we came in today and they told us that we did not need an appointment. They told us it would be a 20 minute wait. Once we arrived, we waited and waited until the point I finally asked, are we next? The lady that I asked said she had to take her appointments. Finally the front desk person took us back after maybe almost 50 minutes. Someone finally started helping my daughter. My daughter and I were seated right next to each other but the nail tech who was helping her treated me like I had the plague. She didn’t even look my way. She didn’t even explain that I was waiting on someone else to help me. Finally Julie came to help me. She must have just came in to work. The technicians that were walking around while we were waiting all of a sudden were helping other people now that Julie was helping me. It’s 2024 and they were picking and choosing who they wished to serve first because of skin color. It was so obvious.Julie did a good job on my pedicure; however the overall service was just terrible. Treat all of your customers the same way!!!!

I went in this past Friday for a gel, Pedi and a dip manicure. I have been going to the salon for a few years now off and on. Was charged $85 for the deluxe pedicure and a $30 up charge for the gel polish. The pedicure lasted 22 minutes. I was then handed off to another NAIL technician an older lady and a walking boot and she drilled my nails so hard that they were burning the beds were burning under my nail, after she finished the dip, she use the drill to smooth out the polish and get down by the cuticles and every single cuticle walked out. I have been soaking my hands and salt water and went to the doctor for an antibiotic prescription to prevent infection. The tools that they use are not sterilized, just because they’re in a sterilization pouch, does not mean that they are sterilized. I watched one nail tech pull out a pouch from her drawer and a metal callus remover with a plastic handle stick it in the pouch, and then walk back to the back to do a pedicure. They are not friendly. They are rude. They had poor practices and they’re overpriced.

LT Nails service has really gone down. Only a few good nail techs remain. It's been my go to for a couple years but the desk staff are just so rude now. Will not set appts for you because they want the tech to do it themselves. They always say it will be 15 mins for walk ins, but it's usually an hour or more. So so glad I left today after I witnessed the way they treated a woman who was sat at a manicure station and completely forgotten. No apologies just "we are short staffed" and blank looks while saying "someone will be over when they find time".
I've been in customer service my entire career and know that lying to customers is the quickest (and dumbest) way to lose business. If you only have 4 techs and it takes them 1.5 hours per service... Why are you telling walk-ins it will be 15-30 mins? Especially when 2 of the techs can't take walk ins because of appts. Be honest and say "it will be about an hour wait, is that ok?"
So glad I left and tried KC Nails on Broadway after seeing a referral for them on a GC FB group. 100% better experience. AND the tech didn't make my cuticles bleed like LT did all the time. KC used the proper tools and didn't try to cut corners by sanding my nails to thin slivers just to get off cuticles the easy way. I had zero pain at KC, but had at least 2-3 stings every time at LT.
Definitely never returning to LT. Not that they would notice. Been there at least 20 times and no one ever recognized me twice or bothered to create a relationship, or even say "hello".

Requested style: Scheduled and appointment to get my toes and nails done and was in right away. Got my toes done first then waited about 10 mins for a person to come out for my nails. Everything was done perfect and everyone was really nice. This was my first time getting a pedicure and it was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend this place. The only downfall part was paying an extra $28 just to get french tips (white nail polish) put on on top of the $40 for the full set . I haven't had my nails done in years but when I use to get them done before it was like a white air brush color for $40 with the full set and now it was $68 to get the full set and white tips.
Cleanliness: Very clean
Stylist: I had two different people. Both were really nice

I had been going to LT Nails for over 4 years with the same person,Sam. I never had a problem with how she did my nails. But twice I had problems with her scheduling. Both times she had me scheduled for a half hour earlier than the time we discussed on the phone and what I had in my calendar. The first time I stopped going to her because of how she talked to me and she asked why? She apologized and wanted me back because I was important to her. That was almost a year ago. Then it happened again. Sam was extremely rude and said I was 30 minutes late, which in fact I was on time.
Again she was very rude and embarrassed me in front of the entire staff. Another person did my nails, and they broke the next day. So I called Sam to schedule an appointment in order to get the nails fixed and Sam advised that she would not do my nails any more. And no one in the shop would schedule with me. I could only be a walk in. I am sure this would attitude would not have been approved by the owners of LT NAILS. This is a beautiful shop but Sam is very poor with her customer service.
I have never been late or a no show, plus I have always been a very good tipper. I would not recommend this establish to ANYONE. There are too many great nail places in Grove City. Who wants to go where they are overprice and unfriendly. Save your money and time!

I absolutely LOVE LT Nails! I have gone only to this salon for 4 years! I tried a couple different stylists until I found one I "clicked" with and haven't been anywhere else since! 5 stars isn't enough!
