So glad he finally sold and shut down. Nothing but lies. Our van is now in limbo because of him.

I've been a repeat customer on different vehicles. They have always done a great job and have stood behind their work.
It is now actually called Mwork but still some of the same great staff.

This place is a complete joke. I went with them because they was the top rated company that I researched. They are a complete joke. They had my truck over 9 months. Only fixed part of it didn't even do the whole job. Then when I try to get my truck back. He tried to charge me almost the complete total price. And then it took the cops to get my truck back because they was not going to release my truck.
They had cut the wires to my Fender Lights, my wheel lights don't work no more. My camera was disconnected and did not work.Had to have it all redone at another shop.Would not take my bicycle there. Never again this place is a complete joke
And by the way, now they are M. Works. Don't let the name full you. They are no longer integrity, now they are m. Works.

I would never recommend this company. I just picked up my car today March 18, 2024, which is 356 days after I dropped it off on March 27, 2023. That is nine days short of a year which is unbelievable. I was assured that my car could get the front end damage fixed along with some rust areas as well. I expected it might take a month or two, but then the excuses and lies started. JR, the owner always had a reason for why my car sat in the shop, seemingly not touched. I reached out to the BBB and the Attorney General for help but he would not respond to them either.
The name of the company is a joke, they lack any level of integrity.
I have my car back, the front end is fixed, but the rust areas, which I was assured was his specialty was not completed at all. Again I got excuses about not being able to find parts, or his body man just quit.
This place should be avoided at all costs because for having my car for an entire year it should be completely fixed. Disgraceful.

I am truly so confused by all the 5 star reviews for this place. Working with Integrity Plus has been the most baffling, frustrating, and disappointing experience I've ever had with a business. Please don't make the same mistake I did—take your vehicle literally ANYWHERE ELSE for repair.I was in an accident (for which I was not at fault) in late July, 2023. I went and got an estimate at Integrity Plus on July 27, 2023. I chose them because they're very close to where I live and they were a Nationwide On Your Side Repair Network partner, so all the work would be guaranteed for the lifetime of the vehicle. I dropped my car off to them for work to begin on August 8, 2023. I was told that it should be done in 2–3 weeks.I got my vehicle back today: December 19, 2023. That's close to 5 months later.I lost track of the number of times we were "promised," "guaranteed," or "assured" that my van would be finished and back in my possession "by the end of the week" somewhere after the 10th time. There was always a different excuse, ranging from "we're waiting on a part to come in" to "the part came in wrong" to "we're understaffed," and then a promise that it would be done on a certain day, and inevitably, that day would come and go without a word from them. The official estimate wasn't even submitted to my insurance until a month and a half after my vehicle was dropped off to them. There were times when they just wouldn't return my calls, so I had to call Nationwide to intervene or send my husband over to see what was going on in person (he's far less of a pushover than I am). Even after Nationwide transferred responsibility of payment for my rental vehicle to the shop, it was still radio silence.I received a call two Fridays ago saying that all that was left was for my car to be detailed, and it would be ready either that evening or on Monday. Another week went by before they were apparently able to "get to the detailing," which I'm confident either never happened or is simply the worst detailing job I've ever seen—my van is dirtier on the inside now than it was when I dropped it off, and considering I have a toddler, that's really saying something. I decided not to make a fuss about that, because I just wanted my van back, but I took pictures of the interior as it was when I picked it up and have included them with this review. When I went to drop off my rental vehicle, the rental company mentioned that they've had significant problems with getting Integrity Plus to pay them in the past, and it apparently happens quite often due to the insane amount of time they take to repair vehicles. They said I'd have been better off choosing ANY other shop in the area, and I believe that's true. I anticipate that we'll probably have more problems getting them to pay that balance before all is said and done. The exterior repair work is good—meets expectations, at least. But it's nothing that should have taken almost 5 months to complete. The one and only positive about this whole experience was interacting with Glenda, their front desk/administrative person. She was so kind and understanding, even when I was at my most frustrated, and she tried to advocate for me to the best of her ability. On our first meeting when I went to get an estimate, the owner, JR, spent a frankly bizarre amount of time talking about the name "Integrity Plus," how it was inspired by God, and how he's a man of his word. He has proven over the past five months that all of that is a farce. I am typically an extremely compassionate and patient person, but even a saint's patience would be tested by all the lies, broken promises, and lack of communication from this shop. They should really be ashamed to call themselves "Integrity Plus," as the name is nothing but irony when compared to the service I received. Even if the staffing issues and supply wait times are true, they are clearly

Cannot recommend more. They handled a tricky 3 claims at once situation. Also got a great deal on some existing work they could do at the same time. They work was top notch quality wise and my car looks brand new. Would recommend for any body work needed

They were polite and helpful getting our estimate. But, whoever did the estimate was either untrained or didn't care to do a good job. They completely missed a rear bumper being gouged and shifted left of center a full inch. They also didn't see the hitch that was clearly bent on both arms going to the frame. There's a couple other things but I don't want to detail everything for reasons.

Took my vehicle in to get an estimate on a mirror replacement that had been hit by another car. It’s been three months, and still no estimate. That’s not for my lack of calling either. I keep being blown off and told they haven’t forgotten about me. Well, apparently I have. It shouldn’t take over 3 months for an estimate for a mirror. I had really high hopes for this business because of their good reviews and recommendation from a friend, but I’ve had a horrible experience. I am forced to go someplace else at this point.Service: Body & Trim

Ok, I’m not normally one to write reviews, but these guys deserve it! Literally the best detail shop I’ve been used. They are so down to earth, reliable, and keep you constantly informed about your progress. I can’t say enough amazing things about this shop! I HIGHLY recommend them. A++++Services: Body & Trim
