Very disrespectful person called to talk to him about selling a item and he hangs up on me for no reason. Ask me what I wanted. I told him he said I can't do that. Then I said well. What do you offer? And he just hung up on me.

Had high quality repairs done in the past with several firearms so I trusted them with my late father’s trap shotgun to reattach the vent rib, for the 2nd time, 1st time it didn’t stick…. So not only was it forgotten about several times but they destroyed it, I received it back with beaten and battered wood, finish was destroyed as well because it appears that a chemical had gotten on it and wiped off so shiny and dull spots along with gouges in the stock, looks like it was kicked around or had fallen over multiple times had ,dried smeared bulges of epoxy all over the blueing including fingerprints, even has animal hair dried into it dried epoxy inside the barrel at the choke where it dripped at the front bead… not to mention center bead lost and missing grinding marks and scrapes touched up on the barrel with a a paint or blueing pen that doesn’t match, a rusty receiver it was scribbled on with a paint blue pen as well, trigger was covered in rust…. They said all the damage was preexisting so my word against there. Note to self, video and photograph your possessions before leaving them at a repair shop for months…they have done excellent work In The past but for some reason my one and only possession I have from my deceased father is the one that got absolutely destroyed like a brush/truck gun. Nothing will bring back the originality of my dads favorite shotgun

I was sadly mistaken. They charged me $91 to clean my shotgun. It wasn’t cycling come to find out I was using the wrong ammo. They didn’t realize it until they seen on the gun 3 in. So ammo only. They didn’t call me to see if I wanted to pay for cleaning the firearm. Rip off artist. Don’t come here they are shady. They said my gun was very dirty. I haven’t even broke in the fun because it wasn’t cycling the ammo I had used. SMH

Customer service was friendly, timely, and knowledgeable, and a subject extremely hard to negotiate. I had a broken fiber optics site, it was a strange oddball size, they did not have the item, but directed me to the exact place on Amazon, to get it! It takes a real class act to send you to a competitor when they don’t have the item. Most shops would just say sorry about your luck, and good luck finding it, these guys knew right, where I could find it and we’re more than willing to tell me.

Just had these guys drop a new trigger into a handgun for me yesterday. Reasonable price, good work, and they got it done in 1 day vs the 4-6 weeks most gun smiths/gun shops have been quoting me. I'm sure that will fluctuate with time but I would definitely go to these guys again! Good guys, local and good work!

Reblued and the wood redone. The old Remington 48 was showing if it's age and abuse. Pete did a awesome job on it. Looks like new, hard to believe it's almost 50 years old. Thanks Pete for a great job.
