“You'd never know it from the outside but this spot that looks like a country corner store actually has a really wide selection of beer, both foreign and craft. Staff was super helpful and even said they'd order a particular beer for me!”
“GFS carries a few items that my mother feels are worth making the hour-long drive to purchase. The prices are similar to most retail grocery stores. If you need large quantities of restaurant type ingredients, this might be the place to find them.”
“Clean store. Efficient check outs. Pharmacy is clean. The people working the pharmacy are courteous and helpful. Well done (especially for a large chain store)!”
“This is my go-to grocery store and enjoy the wide variety of products. The employees are fantastic. The facility itself is in need of a makeover or at least a thorough cleaning.”
“We go here just for the A2/A2 milk from Indian Creek Creamery. My son is lactose intolerant and he loves this milk. The market also has a lot of other unique, organic foods that are grown/made in Ohio!”
“Pharmacy doesn't open until 9 m-f. Not sure when it closes. Their recording of their hours at their phone number needs to change to let people know the pharmacy hours are different from the store hours.”

5923 Hoover Rd, Grove City“We use this Kroger just about every week for groceries. Sometimes we use their click list options. Most of the time they are accurate and do a fairly good job. They have come a long way (it used to be pretty bad) but it has gotten a lot better (I am sure it took a lot of trial and error). They have great prices at this location (especially compared to various other grocers in the area). They have good produce and meat selection as well. Plus, they have a lot of organic and vegetarian options too (Beyond, Quorn, Morningstar, etc.). Overall, this location does a pretty good job!”
“There are truly great people who work in this dollar general. I saw a man who is a huge threat to me walk in and then go sit in his car. The cashier got her manager to walk me out. They were very comforting as I was panicking. I can’t thank these people enough!”
“Ran into Kroger's to grab a few things for dinner tonight, had ground sirloin 4.99 a lb, grabbed some croissant loaf bread in the bakery!! Omg! It is amazing taste like a fresh baked croissant!! Great for French toast or grilled cheese! I am going to use it for some peppered Bacon BLT's!! By the way also on sale 4.99 a lb.This store is always so clean and the cashiers are super friendly, if it wasn't so packed all the time I would shop there more frequently.”

“this is my favorite place to be its so therapeutic to just walk through the isles I go there at least once a week it is within walking distance and is a perfect place for meet ups for me and all my friends”
“Thank you so much, Bren in the floral department! I was so stressed out trying to get balloons inflated for a wedding shower and no other store with help. I greatly appreciate you going out of your way to make it happen. Excellent customer service.”

5965 Hoover Rd, Grove City“Whenever I think of a pharmacy, I imagine a place where everyone's in a rush and too busy to crack a smile. But the Kroger Pharmacy on Hoover Road? It's a whole different world! Here,The Pharmacists: Mike and Greg (those are the two I see the most, I know the others are just as A-HA-MAZING), and all the techs have somehow mastered the art of being both hilariously funny and unbelievably helpful at the same time.In the mere 3 minutes that I spend at the counter, I am always greeted with a mix of friendly banter and genuine care. It's like stepping into a sitcom where the cast actually knows your name and cares about your day. Whether it's Mike's quick wit, Greg and I sharing our struggles with "baldness", or the techs' endless patience, each visit is a pleasant surprise in what's usually a thankless environment.Let's face it: no one visits a pharmacy for fun. But these folks make every trip feel like a brief visit to a friend's place. It's clear they don't just dispense medication; they dispense good moods too! So here's to the team at the Kroger Pharmacy on Hoover Road - turning mundane pharmacy visits into mini-adventures in customer service. Keep up the great work, and thank you for always being there with a smile and a helping hand!”
“Smaller location compared to the N high street location that i was used to. Short staffed on most occasions. Be prepared to wait in line. Lots of candy and drink options. Little cold beer fridge. Wine also available.”

Grove City“The man working at the bakery is amazing. I'm kicking myself for not catching his name yet. He's always there and gives such amazing service. Their cakes remind me of Safeway cakes and I enjoy them a little too much. I was buying cakes here once a week but had to stop myself. Just grabbed another cake today and can't wait to eat it! I strongly recommend their vanilla with buttercream. I will catch the bakery workers name next time.”
“Let's be fair to Walmart, ok? For a Walmart, the Grove City, OH location is a very doable option for picking up what you need, without the fear of walking into a bad neighborhood, so to speak. They generally have what you need, the folks that work there do their best, all things considered. All in all, I get in and out fairly quickly, and they have what I need most all the time. So, if you're seeking a decent Walmart in a safe neighborhood then this is the store for you!”
“There is a brother in Electronics name Kevin who is one of the greatest Walmart associates I have ever met. He gave me and my family the best experience of customer service and he made us feel like family and not customers.
If you want to feel important while shopping at Walmart, go see Kevin in electronics.”

2474 Stringtown Rd, Grove City“I had been to several places to TRY to fill a prescription for a BP monitor. I explained to the tech the gaggle of problems I was having filling this script. Without going into a bunch of details, the pharmacy tech went WAY above and beyond to fill this script. I am so grateful because I had really reached my limit of frustration that day.”
“I have always loved this location and never really had a problem with finding what I need in the store but online is a different story, it will say they are out of stock on something but will have a full stock inside the store. Never understood that.everyone has always been nice except for one time I had one incident with a self checkout cashier while I was checking out $150 of items.( I only use self checkout ) and I heard the manager call the cashier over and she said (whispered)” I can’t cause I have to Watch HER!” ( I was the only person there) so I looked up quickly and they were both looking at me and turned away. So I let her know that I heard that and don’t appreciate it! I do NOT STEAL! And I go into that Kroger for the last 2 1/2 yrs I’ve lived in GC, 2 to 3 times a week and spend OVER $70 each time about $300 to $400 a week which is a lot of money ( to my family) so I think I deserve a little respect as a loyal customer and not accused of something. BTW I have PTSD,Anxiety, Social Anxiety so besides work and grocery store I DONT leave the house! That gave me a sour taste about this location so I have been doing mostly curbside pickup since then.”
“They always have new items to browse and you can’t beat their prices on produce! Though I do wish they had more protein options for gym rats like they do in some of there other locations.”
