The girl at the end behind the desk was not good wi5h my grandson. He kept saying owe and his mom said why are you saying that and he said she hurt me. The woman said this doesn't hurt!!!! When he got out of the chair the top of his ear was cut .. the hair cut looks nice but the way she was with him is unsatifactory!!!!

Went to the store to get my son and I haircuts. First Lady was very rude and kept asking which one of us was a female name, when confronted she said “these days you never know”. That was a ridiculous and appalling statement. Then another lady comes up, I show a very simple picture of how I would like my son’s haircut and she proceeds to go on and on about blending. Basically tried to give me every reason why she couldn’t do it. Finally I said take us off the list and we left. I’ve been going to this location for years and never had an experience quite like this one.

HORRIBLE experience !!! I took my 2 year old son for a haircut because I was in area . We usually go Sharkey’s kids cut upper Arlington . The lady that cut his hair was rude with attitude and careless ( a two year old using scissors ) She was grabbing his head rough and seemed annoyed . It didn’t seem like she cared of possible hurting him . He was in chair total of 5 min . I saw she did not care about him or her job I knew as a parent it was time for us to go ! He was all chopped up /uneven . Paid 18 plus 5 dollar tip (felt sorry for this unhappy women ) I was soooo disgusted by her service and the way she treated my son but still tip her for courtesy. Went Sharkeys hair cut in Upper Arlington that evening , they fix his chopped up ugly hair cut . I was willing to pay twice. They DID NOT CHARGE me . Regardless I gave her huge tip . This review isn’t about the cost it’s about basic customer service and care, which this place is completely lacking.

I’ve been going to Great Clips for 15 years or more and I’ve never had a worse hairstylist experience than I did this morning at this location. She was rude and rushed through the haircut seemingly as fast as humanly possible. She jammed the clippers into the back of my skull multiple times, irritated the heck out of the back of my neck and even missed half of my side burn. Hair is extremely uneven in the back. I will absolutely not be back to this location.

Actually the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I’ve been to great clips multiple times in my life but this one takes the cake. Asked for the top to be cut the tiniest bit but gives me freaking micro bangs; should have just gave me a buzz cut for how bad it turned out.

if i could put zero stars i would. went in today to get long layers and face framing pieces, my hair was long down my back when i came in. i asked and showed pictures and the lady said she could do it no problem. the whole time she combed my hair she was yanking so hard, then proceeded to cut my hair uneven!! in the front!! also, the WHOLE haircut she was sighing, like she was unhappy to help with my haircut. i left with a choppy, uneven haircut, and tears down my face.
i have been here once before and asked for the same exact thing, and left happy! the lady prior than this visit did an awesome job, which is why i was so trusting to come back… bad idea. do not suggest.

I always love coming to this Great Clips, I'm sure all of them are lovely, but this one is the closest to me, so great location and great service, no matter who I get to cut my hair. The staff is friendly, welcoming and can accommodate whatever inspiration photos you have. LOVE MY NEW HAIR! Thank you!

Worst experince I have had. The woman who decided to wait till the end of my sons haircut to wipe off his face because he rubbed his face with the black apron in the beging and was telling her more than two times that he was itchy and uncomfortable should not be cutting childrens hair. Not happy. If you have kids go to a better location. unaceptable service

I would like to say this is one of the best establishments I have been to their reputation is beyond the best if you want to receive a good quality haircut visit here and ask for either Jamie or Sam they will have to you feeling and looking the best you ever felt
