First time coming here. Primarily came here to use the ATM. clean, easy access location on a corner and it has a great ATM where you can choose your bills (no 10 dollar bills for some reason) solid location I'll happily come back too.

This is the worst customer service by far that I have ever experienced. The manager Jon is rude, loud and condescending. We had a loss to our home and was sent a check from our insurance company. It was made payable to us and Fifth Third. Their loss department sent us a check and instructed us on the letter attached that the check could be cashed when we received it. I went to the branch to do just that and get a cashiers check for our contractor, who had a already completed the job. Jon very loudly let me know that I could only deposit the check and it would be available the next day. I reiterated that it will be available the next day so I would have to come back again and get the cashiers check. He then said it MAY be available. He wasnt sure. I asked why the letter said I could cash it and he said that the branch has a different policy. I even showed him the letter I was sent. He still refused to let me do anything but deposit it even though I didn’t even want the cash, just a cashiers check payable to our contractor. I called the loss draft department as I was standing outside the branch. I was told by them that the check was guaranteed funds because that’s why I was sent the check from them to go ahead and cash it. I walked back in with that department on the phone and he still refused to cash it into a cashiers check and said it’s their policy and me standing there wasn’t going to make any difference. He spoke very loudly and clearly was on a power trip. As I walked out I could see him and another teller laughing and talking about me as they were both staring at me. He said a loud, sarcastic Have a nice day! I am currently looking at other banks to switch my mortgage to. I have never seen anyone act like a bully in a bank until I met this man.

I have a hard time getting ahold of anyone, staff is always super nice when I go inside but I struggle getting ahold of them or having anyone return my voicemails :(

The loan officer could not process the transfer of a simple social club account.nor would they respond to a business email to correct the problem. The phone number for the branch rolled over to a central banking department that couldn’t help me. After twenty minutes the central bank person dialed me in directly to the branch and after maybe twenty rings no ine answered and no VM. Don’t deal with 53 unless there is no other choice. Ecentually the bank branch phone just disconnected the call. What a banking system in this day and age… Hope you find this helpful? Oh, they said they could not give me branch manager name and email because it was agaist regulations, so unprofessional.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and never have felt so ignored and could care less to help there customer's. The loan officer Miss Shevil help me to sign up to refinance and then at closing proceeded to tell me that she was moving on and another man would take care of my escrow with no problems . Now I'm having problems and nobody wants to help just Sad.

avoid this location if you have to deal with anyone behind a desk, the personal behind the counter are great and i have not had any issues.. But the people that sit behind a desk are just so closed and inpatient and have no customer service skills and just treat you like you are not worth there time, as if they have something better to do than there job. Shivel Lalla is the number one at being the worst offender of making you feel like you do not deserve to be there or be in her presence.
