They droven off from my house even tho i was outside waiting and the refuse to ether deliver it or let me pick it up and are now saying it on a permanent hold

Can’t believe FedEx manages to be a company. Based on reviews don’t seem to do anything right, including deliver my package to me. Was shipped from Texas, got to Grove City, OH and went back to Texas. Just needed to get to PA. Good job FedEx. Another dissatisfied customer.
