This place is a joke I'm almost sure they stole my phone I ordered it's been at there hub for 3 weeks I never got my package and can't get any response no matter what I try

My package was supposed to be delivered Friday 12/12/25 and still stuck there, I’m afraid that I will not have my package before Christmas

I order something off amazon and they shipped it through them, and they’ve had it for almost 2 weeks! And they are only 20 minutes from my house! How does it take that long to deliver my package? I never want to do business with them! They are slow and their website and app are terrible and don’t help you with anything!
