My package departed from Grove City at 3:10am last night/morning and was suppose to be delivered the same day at end of day and I didn’t get no delivery or updates I don’t know what is going on or if my package is just lost but I’m not happy at all!

This is the worst shipping location ever. It’s scary when my packages have to go though here. Never know if I’ll ever get them on time… it’s sad, wonder do they even care about our opinions.

Rebecca C. (Becky) helped me with my prints at this location and showed tremendous customer service ! I had mistakenly made and error in my online order and upon pickup she helped me get my order correct with no wait time. I appreciated her generosity and now I will be able to finish my gift for the holiday ! Thank you Becky

This shipping center needs to get their act together I’ve had several occasions where my package wasn’t delivered and the poor excuses you get from them I’m 34 miles from them and it still never gets delivered on time Just ranting But someone needs to start looking into this company

packages just get stuck here, and it is really up to God on when and if they make it out of there. FedEx needs to overhaul this location or just shut it down if they can't keep up with the work or hire the appropriate number of staff.

Should NOT take almost a week to deliver a package to a location that's three states away. another package got sent to the NJ location and it arrived the next day.
