This shipping center needs to get their act together I’ve had several occasions where my package wasn’t delivered and the poor excuses you get from them I’m 34 miles from them and it still never gets delivered on time Just ranting But someone needs to start looking into this company

packages just get stuck here, and it is really up to God on when and if they make it out of there. FedEx needs to overhaul this location or just shut it down if they can't keep up with the work or hire the appropriate number of staff.

Should NOT take almost a week to deliver a package to a location that's three states away. another package got sent to the NJ location and it arrived the next day.

But of an odd spot for a Fed-Ex Office, but very quick service. Located inside, immediately right of the Home & Pharmacy entrance.

Becky was very professional I really appreciated her customer service...She immediately helped me with my issue...And got the job done with ease also was very well mannered to me which meant a lot considering you can go to places and mostly have to deal with rudeness

I placed an print order online for a trade show taking place out of state. I accidentally mistyped the zip code and my order ended up at this location, but Ben was on the case! He immediately called to get the order situated. Not just that, but he followed up via email and continued to give me updates all throughout the process. Thanks so much, Ben!

Everytime I have a package to go through this facility it’s a problem, never have any problems with any other FedEx. They scan packages four to 5 times before even sending them. I know my package will be late everytime it goes through their facility.

When I see “Grove City” in the shipping update, I can expect my package(s) to take an extra 3-4 days for the nearly 70 miles to Dayton. Don’t blame the pandemic; this has been happening for years.
