TriLink Storage has a very easy storage reserving process and the initial process of getting a storage unit is very simple. The unit itself was very clean as well as the entire location.

This place is clean, well run and very helpful. I struggled getting an online reservation and the people on a phone call called me back twice got my mistakes covered and I moved in that day. Super nice - reasonable - and convenient for me.

This review is just on the 2nd day of renting the storage unit. So far everything was smooth and all the people that I contacted with on phone has been friendly and patience with me as I’m Deaf using relay interpreter over the phone.
Location is in Grove City.
They answered all of my questions and everything went smooth. I will keep you updated each month.
One thing I wish the site has is bathroom as the storage units is in a remote area. I’m sure some of us have driving long ways and unloading stuff will have to use the restroom eventually without having to close up lock to make a short trip.

Nice, clean storage units. Had my stuff in there for a year with no bugs or damage. Had to cancel because I moved, but I would recommend it

TriLink Storage in Grove City is very clean and organized .We couldn't find a dolly there and that was disappointing. Next time, we will bring our own.

Nice storage facility...threw me off a bit when numbers to outside lots are spray painted on rocks( some numbers faded or missing )the number slot but I called and got to my spot with no problem

They were very helpful, answered my millions of questions. Facility clean and secure. Manager even worked with me so I could leave a POD (storage company) there for a few days and unload it into a Trilink unit. Little more expensive but I have lots of books so worth it for the climate control. (And still cheaper than a POD)

Very pleased with ease of setting up online account and getting immediate access to my storage unit. Facility is clean, secure, and conveniently located. TriLink's communication throughout the entire rental process has been excellent. Highly recommend!

A storage unit is a storage unit, not thrilled at the gaps in the side of my unit. Free lock was provided which is a plus but it didn’t fit the hole, could be my unit specifically but who knows. Good rates and first 2 month deal was nice
Updated: Eric (Area Manager) reached out and was unaware of the hole and issues. Got me a brand new larger unit to make up for it. Quick service and going the extra mile. Appreciate Eric’s help and deal he provided
