This may be one of the worst run convenient stores in the Columbus area. The woman texting behind the counter should show people what's going in the bag if she doesn't care and or doesn't know the products she's selling behind the counter. Also it would be nice not seeing a big box of candy half off if nothing in that box is half off.

Terrible customer service from Robert. I was told I need to follow his process next time before I make a purchase. He yelled at me when I refused. I never had a problem paying here like Robert says could potentially happen in the future. I told him it won’t. He then trespassed me from going in any longer to buy product. Again I never had an issue and have been visiting this location for 7 years. I will now be visiting the new Sheetz as I did when I left unhappy Robert. They don’t yell at me. And their food is made to order. Recommend everyone head to Sheetz.

They treat and pay their employees like peasants. Much better off going to the One Stop just down by Flyer's or literally any other gas station if you need gas. Don't give this company any of your hard earned money.

This store is up and coming. It was ran in the ground by previous management, but they have new motivated management.

the lady with the 8 animals in her car is not only gross but rude as well. Why does she think it’s okay to cuss at a customer when a gas pump fell and they didn’t know? why does she think it’s okay to ban someone for asking a question about her dogs safety? these are experiences from multiple people not just me :) Gross.

Went at 6:40-7pm yesterday evening and the door was locked, with a sign saying that the employee went to the bathroom. I waited for 15-20 minutes and they didn't come back so I had to go somewhere else. Terrible.
