Very happy with Discount Tire in Grove City. Dealt with the store manager personally, whose name is Skyler. Very nice gentleman. Got me in very quickly, the same day I called. They were ready for me at the appointment time, and got me out the door in less than 1 hour, with a military discount to boot. All done while they were busy with many other customers. Reasonably priced tires that included installation and hazard warranty and all the assorted fees that other places all charge way more for... especially when compared to many others I shopped first... And... I love dealing with nice people who keep their word. I recommend asking for Skyler, and going to this Discount Tire location in Grove City. I used to not get the tire hazard warranty... But I have learned that Columbus streets will sometimes make a mess of our tires. ???

I got 4 new wheels and tires for a 2013 Kia Optima. I chose a tire/wheel package that I saw online. They had both in stock and I scheduled my appointment for the next day at 11:30. My car was completed in 1 hour. I asked to keep the old wheels and tires. They bagged them individually and placed in back seat (where I asked them to). I chose "Liquid Metal Shadow" they were inexpensive but did NOT look cheap. I am very impressed with the products, but also the staff were amazing, very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend!!!!--(note, I only review a business if they were exceptionally good or bad)

I was on my way to work this morning and right before my exit ran over a piece of metal. It sounded and looked like it was in my tire. I took my car to this location as it is closest ti my work and i wasn't losing air yet. When I arrived a gentleman greeted me and I explained what happened. He walked with me to my car took a look got under my car and pulls the piece out. Tells me my tire is fine and im good to go. I was so thankful for his honesty. Too often when a woman goes somewhere to do with cars they are taken advantage of. I wish i would have gotten the guys name so he could be recognized, but this also shows the integrity of the shop as well!

I really want to compliment Jorge! He was absolutely fantastic. I called in an emergency with two busted tires that I needed fixed so I could go to work and he got me in asap. I felt that he was very honest with me about my options and very transparent about the costs and what i could and should have done. thank you, Jorge!

Excellent experience and service. This is my go to shop for tires, have had 2 sets done by them and they are knowledgeable and reliable. Had a rotate and balance this morning and Kris took great care of me. Came and greeted me at my car was very knowledgeable about the tires and got me taken care of. Was efficient at getting me and out.

We are a 4 generation Discount Tire family, for over 20 years. Moving to OH with no family or friends, I went to Discount as it’s the only thing I knew.
Kris was awesome. My mother’s tires were in rough shape. He went out of his way to assist me, and I can’t be more thankful.

Went in for new wipper blades.
Parked, walking inside, out the door and a wonderful worker walked to my truck, place the new blades on. He was very kind with a smiling face.
And he got a cash tip from me for helping out this lady today. ??

I went to get air. I sat inside my vehicle for over 20 minutes. I'D GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I've bought many tires from this shop but never again. Service is so poor, customers are ignored. I complained to corporate office. There is a reason why there are different employees every time I visit this location...high turnover equals poor management and poor employees, incompetence all around. There are many other places to purchase tires and receive much better customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

While in Columbus for a funeral, I stopped in to have them add air to my tire. They noticed a screw in my tire. They were able to get me in quickly and get the tire repaired so I could get back in the road. Very friendly and helpful!
