I was at this location this morning and was helped by Ali... he was the absolute nicest man I have come into contact with in awhile! So helpful, so respectful and just flat showed show much courtesy! So much needed today for me! Will not go to any other store now, thank you so much for all your help and kindness Ali, true gentleman Sir!!

The store is clean, modern, and best of all THE EMPLOYEES KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!I came in nearly in tears because Straight talk wireless had screwed up my service so bad. JJ listened, recommended things to try, and best of all was actually able to help me port my number away from straight talk over to cricket! He was patient and helped me switch my ACP plan benefits and even messaged them on my behalf. Couldn't ask for a better new customer experience definitely glad I came in!!

I was wanting to switch my carrier and came in wanting the 30 Dollar plan, the employee wanted to charge me for the 60 and claimed it would waive my activation fee, then the fee was not waived and he refused to switch my plan from the 60 to the 30 from that point, and when at the screen to change my next months billing to the 30 dollar plan, it could of changed it for that days purchase but he refused to do that.

I have nothing but issues with them every time I go in to try to make a payment their system crashes and they have to reboot. Service is terrible... As soon as I'm able I'll be switching.

Went to this store at 4:22 on 11/7/2021. The stores posted hours were 11am to 5pm. The open sign was on however the door was locked and no one was inside. I came here to have an issue resolved but now I will be canceling my service and going to a more reputable cell provider.
