Love Concord! Their staff is amazing, we recommend to all our friends and family with pets!
Updated review for 2024. I can no longer recommend Concord, they've changed their hours and their service over the years, which I understand to give their associates some balance but it has placed a burden on me as their customer. My husband and I have had a number of issues since 2020. Today I finally feel compelled to spend the effort to find a new vet for my pets though. I called to get my senior German Shepherd pain meds. I didn't realize we were low until Friday night, and they're closed over the weekend. They have a policy where they don't do same day fills, however I explained I was out and asked if it would be possible to get today. I was told possibly, to call before I come so I don't waste a trip. To me, this says they don't care, and that I will have to continually call through the day to check. I get it, you don't want to pay someone to make the call out that it's ready, but I'm out and I'm anxious and worried about my dog being in pain! I had to call back to ask if they could at least provide some sort of recommendation to keep my old man pain free until tomorrow, still was told that his meds would likely be done today, just call. I again asked but what if they aren't done today, and was still provided nothing about what I could do for my pet, just to call.
I know that keeping up with my pets meds are my responsibility. I acknowledge their "no same day refill" policy. But when it comes down to human to human perspectives, all I wanted was the information for how to keep my dog comfortable, and I couldn't even be provided that. So I'll sit at work staring at the clock waiting to start calling them repeatedly to see if I can get his meds today. I enjoyed going to a practice in my community, we even walked this same German shepherd in a parade with Concord many years ago. Sadly, it's just not the same community feel it had when we first started going 10 yrs ago.

Patience, encouragement and comfort is the atmosphere when we walk in the door. Maizey can be a handful with her anxiety. The staff are prepared and welcome her with a cheerful, patient attitude every time.

BEST EVER. Just took our 2 Golden Retrievers to Concord Chapel for the first time after not being satisfied with our last 2 vets who were nice enough but nearly as all in committed to our fur babies health and well being as we are.
Wow am I impressed. Great facility and calming ambiance (in an old church that still has the stained glass windows), fantastic attitude and customer service from every staff person I met. They were all truly friendly, caring and happy to be there and genuinely cared about Thatcher and Lacey. The technician who took our history before meeting with the vet even did so from my car so I didn’t have to wrangle 2 dogs. And she was far more thorough than other vets we’ve been to, drilling down to know more than just the surface level stuff. And they had already gotten records from our prior vet. And then the care, attention to detail and education on exactly what she was looking for and why from the vet, Elizabeth, was outstanding.
After 35 years and 6 different homes/cities as pet owners, this is easily the best vet clinic we’ve ever taken our dogs to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I cannot recommend this vet office enough. Every time we have visited, our dogs were well taken care of and every step of treatment was explained thoroughly. Shout out to Dr. Lauron who is the kindest, most thoughtful vet ever!!

Elizabeth Lauron ,DVM & Daniel, vet technician, was the most kind ,loving, & trusted for Marley & Rocky. No one can cut Rockys nails or touch his paws but they did it. Thanks for the great care.

Came to the appointment that I was waiting for 3 weeks and I have been told that I previously called and canceled it, which I did not. Then they said for an additional charge the doctor could look at my dog. Seriously? Organize your mess first, I am not trusting my pets to people who can’t get it together. Never mind that I could have bring you 3 new patients. Dear clinic, please keep in mind that you are not the only place on the planet, plenty of choices out there, much better choices where people don’t have to pay any additional charges for your own mess!
