“I can't even begin to express how grateful I am to the RMH !! If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be able to visit my preemie baby boy. It's so close to Nationwide Children's Hospital that you can literally walk across the street to it. Staff also offers transportation across to the hospital if the walk is too much for you. The facility is clean, offers meals, snacks, drinks, all for free. There are fun activities to get involved in for children & even for just parents. The bedrooms are like nicer hotel rooms with very comfortable beds, large TV, I have one with a breastmilk freezer so that's available to new mothers. There's a nice gym, lactation room, music room, meditation room, library, indoor & outdoor playground where kids can even play with water. Emotional support dogs visit constantly which I adore. Staff is very friendly ! (Besides one woman?) Sandy is my favorite staff. She's very caring & thoughtful ? I had a medical event while I was here & had to stay at Grant for a couple of days... staff was very understanding & helped ems find my room. Staff made sure I was okay when I came back here. I was worried I'd lose my room by staying in the hospital but I didn't. I am disabled & the staff went out of their way (especially sandy) to help me get all of my belongings to my room when I arrived here. There are a lot of hygiene samples you can get at the front desk along with a huge bag of them in your bathroom that you can use in case you run out of yours or forget to bring something here. This place does everything they can to make sure that you're as okay as you can be & comfortable while going their a hard time. Thank you so much RMH ?”

“Wes was amazing. I’m from out of town and had a flat, he opened early, solved my issue, calmly explained everything he was doing, and his rates are super reasonable. Everyone should visit his store.”

“Today, I drove 2 hours to sign my 84 year old mother up with a membership at this YMCA so that she and her sister can work out together.
The customer service by the Director/ Coordinator of Membership was excellent. She was prompt, efficient, welcoming, and affirming of my elderly mother. The clientele was younger, respectful, and friendly. I was grateful for all the support. Nicely renovated facility. I am very pleased with my initial experience.”

“Variety of entertainment, easy hall rental, good food and drinks. Plenty of parking.Today, I attended a baby shower, went back to hear the band, and tried out the new kitchen manager's menu. Great day.Again, I stopped in after I was in the area to have some social time. Not busy, but it's always a great place to do in and hang out. Several other known members were there, and I hung out for much longer than usual. It's always great to roll the dice and realize you had a winning roll.”

“I don't know what this organization is like now, but they saved me and my small children back in 1998. At that time, they had a building that had offices, daycare and counselors downstairs. The two floors above the offices were free apartments for women and children. They also had a few townhouses around the corner from the building. The woman who started the foundation was elderly when I stayed there. Her kindness and the kindness of the volunteer staff saved us. We were safe and supported for the year that we were with them. If they are even half the foundation today that they were back then, I thank God for them.”

“As an OSU alumni it has been so refreshing to see the change at the Newman Center. I wish the diocese had taken action to better the NC when I was at OSU. Instead I usually had to go to other Catholic parishes nearby. It is great to see that the prayers of so many, to make this an authentically Catholic student Newman Center, have finally been answered.”

“I love this store on West Broad! I have found what I needed 99% of the time, from unique things to clothing and home items. The new manager is really friendly and a people person. I met her while she was working the register (I love managers that are out helping the staff and clients instead of hiding in the back or at some office).Willie that works helping people with big/heavy items has the biggest heart I've seen in a retail store. No matter how busy he is (during the 50% off sale that man is running and sweating like crazy) he always has a big smile on his face and makes sure he helps everybody before taking a single break. He treats people with care giving each customer the special attention they deserve.Willie takes such pride on his work that once I was getting a small table by myself and when he saw me, since he was free, he came running to help me and told me to let him do his job lol. He took the table all the way to the register with his high spirits and kindness. And knowing that shopping here also helps people in need is definitely the icing on the cake. The perfect place for retail therapy because even if I'm buying something I might not even "need" the price is good and I'm helping a charity.I have shopped and donated items here for over 20 years and my husband says that I rarely just drop stuff off, it's more like an exchange lolI know prices have gone up since I started going there but hey, that's called inflation... same thing happened at the supermarket, gas station, etc...Thank you guys for being there and for the work that you do!”
