Everything is above average and our expectations. ?Rooms: Rooms were very big, with 2 queen beds and large room, with the windows view on the city.Food & drinks: Your service is very good with breakfast every morning. The room smells like someone peed and forgot to flush. AC unit stops the fan only if you unplug it. The curtain's lift mechanism is literally absent. Ice maker creating vibrations and noise that bad is shaking. Management cannot do anything about ice maker, and people are filling their beach coolers on the wheels with multiple buckets of ice for 10 minutes at 6 am no noise rules in place, or no signs to use first floor ice maker in late/night/early hours. It is also not kids friendly as letter size notice is posted on front desk with lots of things that kids should not (not allowed) to do in the hotel. Also it is not pet friendly. Soundproofing is absent - you can hear people whispering on the floor, and cars on a highway (which is far away). Stay away - hotel prices for 3 star hotels begin from $80, so paying twice more you should expect comfort, but not in Comfort Suites.

We didn't get the room we booked but got an upgrade room that still fit our need. It was clean rooms. We had a minor issue the window blind wouldn't open. They came up right away and helped us address issue.The ice machine was down on our floor but on the floor below us, it worked. I will stay there again. Breakfast was legendary. The motel was close to the highway. I doordashed food to room.

A nice clean room that was perfect for business work, friendly, helpful people, an updated look, a good, hot breakfast, and more.We usually use another chain, but we will use Comfort Suites again!Thank you to everyone that made our stay a very pleasant one.

Clean and location was ideal for our trip.There was someone staying a few rooms down that was having some mental issues. They were throwing things at their door and on the floor. It was very disturbing for 9pm at night.We went to the front desk to have the situation looked into and they were very receptive and concerned. They came up to our floor and took care of the problem.Other than that all was good.

Nice bigger rooms. The included breakfast was well tended by a very sweet attendant. The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, this was a great value!

Room was nice, breakfast is not bad but there is definitely miscommunication between the staff. Came here for a weekend getaway with my family. I came SPECIFICALLY for the pool because my daughter loves pools and I called and asked several times prior to our stay (even at check in!) if it was going to be open and they said yes. We worked our schedule around it, made our way down just to be told it was not going to be open all day. Our day ended early because it was too late to plan or get tickets for anything else. Won’t stay here again.

So this isn't starting well. Been at airports flying since 3:30 am. Get to my hotel at 11:50 to ask if I could go ahead and check in early since I have been up and I am tired. Response was, No way bro, if it was closer to 1 maybe but not happening at 11:45. So now I am sleeping in the parking lot until 3.

My 19yo son booked a room here through the Choice Hotels app for his return trip to college (as he has multiple times over the past year). Per the website, the age restriction is 18yo. This has also been confirmed by Choice at the corporate level. After 11 hours on the road, and in the midst of severe weather, he was refused check-in. To make matters worse, the room had already been charged to his credit card and the clerk refused to refund the cost of the room insisting that it was a Choice Hotels policy. Further, they did not offer any assistance in securing a room elsewhere or provide any contact information for reaching a resolution.After contacting corporate, I was copied in their email reply to the hotel requesting resolution. After almost a week, no one at the hotel has reached out to rectify the situation. No apologies. No explanation.

The best stay we have had in a hotel in a long time. The whole place was very clean and the staff was friendly.
