Waste of time. The kid couldn't answer any of my questions & reeked of weed. He acted like duh, i only work here. The lady in there wasn't any help either.

Really lousy service!!!
I ordered a Pool filter the day before They said the truck will be there the next day I called a couple of times now they’re sending me to voicemail. About to get my money back leaving now. Very poor service. I did not want to give them even one star, but I had to complete this

Do not shop here. My interactions with the staff when attempting to return a completely solid bottle of spa chemicals was terrible. Instead of greeting me when I walked in with my unusable product, the kid immediately said, “we don't do chemical returns”. He walked around the counter and stood behind me as if I was going to cause a confrontation. He made no attempt to remedy the situation. This place needs to do a better job at checking the product on their shelves and perhaps work on some customer service improvements .

Firstly, I did go to ask about pool parts, the lady said that they did not have the parts and had to call the supplier to see if they have them so they’ll call me to let me know how much was everything. The holiday weekend passed, i said that’s normal, I tried to call them the next business day, a guy answered said she’s busy then tried to talk to her, so she didn’t remember me, when I said my name she said that she thinks she emailed the company but didn’t have no answer from them. Okay, waited couple days and called again, a guys answered one more time, he also said that she was busy, I said do I have to call back or she’ll call me back, he said she’ll call you back…. Waited again for her call, NONE!!! So I had to call, he said that she was busy… and my answer was I’m gonna give you a good review then. When you’re not able to help just let people go somewhere else and don’t waste their time PERIOD!!!

Chevron always has what I need when I can’t find it anywhere else. e.g. During the covid chlorine chaos only place that had a reasonable price. e.g. needed filter sand this year and only place with it in stock, and it was cheaper than anywhere else! One of the best pool/spa stores in the area!

It’s no wonder she’s short staffed, if anyone has stuck around and heard how she speaks to her employees, it’s appalling. The way she speaks to her clients isn’t much better.She doesn’t want to test your water claiming to be short staffed, although ultimately missing out on hundreds of dollars worth of sales, sounds more like bad business to me.I took my business to Pool Mart Plus in Columbus, we’ll worth the drive, super nice, really knew their stuff and more than happy to help you even when their busy….I’d love to see a pool place open up right nextdoor to this lady, I’m sure you’d never see another car in her lot again.I’m pretty sure she pads her reviews, I’ve never heard anyone in GC have a good word to say about her or her overpriced store.

Business closed early by about 8 minutes. Disappointing as this is not the first time and it’s really hard to get to a business that closes at 6pm to begin with. Saw the guy in there at the register. So as I was leaving the parking lot decided to call. Surprisingly he answered and admitted to closing early. In the 3 minute convo we had, he could have tested my water as he admitted it only takes a few minutes to test the water. Surprised he didn’t offer at that point for me to come back and he’d test the water. That would have been the right thing to do. Will take my business to the place in Hilliard instead since I’m headed there this week. They’re open until 8pm. Hope this review is helpful to others.

Google says they close at 5 pm on Sunday. Arrived at 4:15 had the closed sign up unlocked the door for us and told us he can't sell us anything because he already shut down.

In and out - no muss, no fuss. They always knew exactly what to give me to help with my chemical issues, and always have whatever I need in stock. A small store, but the folks there never fail to deliver.
