Picked up an awesome new Ford Transit for our local Kitchen and bath supply company. Bob Frederick was a cool dude to work with, he got our company a great deal on a super clean, low mileage van for The Nicklaus Group. Fast and friendly service, he got me right in and out without playing around. I test drove a car at Car Source and worked briefly with Bob Selbert. He offered a fair negotiated price. I came prepared with knowledge of what I wanted and prices. I went a different route, but I would definitely see Bob Selbert if I am car shopping in the future.

Sales team was great and worked with me to get what I needed. The car had lots of pine needles inside the car as if it had been stored with the windows open for some time. The interior could have used a detail, but I gather that’s not something they do. They don’t top off fluids when you buy a car from them, which I didn’t know, so a month after I bought the car, the oil was bone dry. There are also partially torn off stickers and sticker residue all over the windshield which I thought they would clean off but didn’t. Basically, they stop trying after they make the sale. It would be nice to feel as if they cared about me being fully satisfied as a customer.

Beware, don't buy from this shady used car lot. I purchased a car from them 4 weeks ago, August 2024. Bob Selbert said all their vehicles are inspected, this is a good vehicle, no problems. Now less than a month later, engine light comes on, I take it to the dealer and they tell me $15,000 in repairs needed on a car I bought for $7,000. These guys are dishonest crooks. Don't trust these guys.
