Terrible service department. Already had codes and tests ran at grismer along with oem parts to attempt to fix an evap code. Was told to take to dealer to get more in depth evaluation on where the evap leak is. These guys literally ran the code scanner for $200 and would be another $700 to drop the gas tank for further evaluation. Was also told to replace already replaced parts with gm oem and is probably the reason for the codes.....these parts were ACdelco parts

At Byers Chevrolet I received the best customer service! I was passing through Grove City on a road trip where I needed to get my car serviced and checked before I continued the road trip. I needed an oil change and tire rotation, and the service technician was so pleasant and helpful- I wish I got his name but overall would recommend this dealership you can tell they care about their customers!

I got my svu from there almost three years ago. My sale persons name is Eddie. He is amazing. I'm working with him again to either finance the car to buy it or get a new one. He talks to me like a normal person and if I have questions he doesn't make me feel stupid for asking them.

This place totally missing out on customer service, our worst car buying experience EVER!!! The online buying experience at Byers is worst than having teeth pulled. Our truck was nothing like the deceptive Chevy advertisement, and when we had problems and question with the deceptive ads their sales manager and service manager treated us like we were stupid because the build codes aren't on the ads...our salesman totally missed on the fact that I was disabled and would have enjoyed certain items on the truck that the deceptive ad had advertised...then when we questioned about it we were intimidated by one of the sales manager by him telling us"I can sell that truck to anybody",even tho I had a deposit on the truck and "none of those trucks were ordered with that option" then turn around and show me another truck coming in their pipeline with that particular item on it...our sales person was more interested in telling us HER story instead of listening to what we NEEDED....and then when we actually look at the truck it was DISGUSTING,the worst "new"car I have ever seen....every body standing around in the back and the trucks they are giving people look like someone lived in them for a month....OH YEAH,before we even arrived at the dealership they put on this crappy coating on it so that we can't wash the truck for 3 days OR examine the paint quality.....3 days later when able to wash it for the first time the entire front of the truck looks like it was driven thru the Canadian wilderness with scratches on the hood and others around the truck and that same sales manager looks right at us and says,"it won't be perfect" for $60,000 Chevy doesn't give you perfect paint jobs...amazing. The days of your grandparents buying cars where the dealership actually took pride in the product they sold and customer service was always the customer was ALWAYS right are gone....nowadays dealerships,ESPECIALLY THIS ONE,are full of lazy people that have the customers over a barrel with the way the auto market is.Sales people that are so bored with there jobs that they have to pounce on the first customer that walks thru the door so they can spill THEIR life story onto the customers and then when the customer wants to talk about what they want there's no time left in the day. If you want to know what not to do as an owner of car dealership watch this place. Especially the sales manager calling after we complained about our online experience...He says "Don't worry,I'm still your buddy" Ha,thats a joke and strange....I didn't go into Byers looking for a 'buddy' I came into Byers to buy a truck, and felt intimidated and pressured into buying a truck that wasn't what the deceptive ad had made it appear....I wouldn't do that to any of my buddies. We were just talking about our next hotrod and ordering it because of the way the market is, the very first words out of Suzanne's mouth,"As long as we don't return to Byers,I never want to hear about any car they have on their lot again,EVER" So it looks like I won't be ordering my ZL1 from there or our next Big truck either.....you guys lost a couple of rich customers with a car and truck fetish.....Have a great day

Absolutely terrible experience. Within a week of buying the car all of the tires had a leak in them. (After the salesman lied and said they had a lot of life left). The tires were ROTTEN AND HAD ALMOST 70k MILES ON THEM MEANING IT SHOULDNT HAVE PASSED INSPECTION. IVE HAD TO HAVE THE WATER PUMP REPLACED, HEAD GASKET , WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND SO MUCH MORE! All within 18,000 miles of driving the car. Please stay away from this dealership. They tell you lies just to get you to buy from them. Overpriced cars and the service department doesn’t even check the cars thoroughly either. I had my car diagnosed and serviced a week ago and had to go right back a few days later to get it re serviced! Just the worst experience ever. You’d think if you’re putting 9k down on a car you’d get something of good quality !!

This is the second vehicle purchased this year from Byers. I worked with Leul on both purchases the first purchase being for me and the second for my wife, Leul was very sufficient in helping select the perfect vehicle for my wife and very informative about the details of the vehicle selected.

I'm so glad that I chose Byers Chevrolet to perform service and repairs on my Cadillac sedan. Glenn was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They kept me informed the entire time and explained every detail pertaining to my repairs. They spent extra time communicating back and forth with my service warranty provider to make sure everything that was supposed to be covered, was covered. I will never take my vehicle to another dealership/shop. Thank you Byers.

Used car we purchased from them needed over $4k worth of repairs within a few months. That was more than 1/2 of what we paid for the car. GM wasn’t willing to help out and couldn’t explain why this was missed when they inspected the car. Expected more from this dealership.

Joe Browning was amazing to work with! He took his time to discuss all the options and ensure my parents got out of their lease and into a car that they love!!! The process from start to finish was seamless and easy! Thank you all for making this happen!!!
