I was looking for a cleaners with a seamstress on duty and a coworker suggested this place. I decided to call ahead of time to ensure they would be able to fit me in. I called 2 days in a row to only get a busy signal and on day 3 when I finally got through I was immediately hung up on. Not good business!

These people are some of the rudest folks I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost and go elsewhere where your business is appreciated. I think the owners have been doing this too long and need to take a break and find something else to do that doesn't involve public interaction.

A couple of people suggested Broadway Cleaners to get my alterations done for my bridesmaid’s dress. The alterations woman said that she was going to take off A LOT of fabric on the bottom, sides, shoulders and sleeves, so they charged me $180 (which they made me pay before I even got the dress back).1. That is more than I paid to get my own wedding dress done.2. An associate was shocked they made me pre-pay when I picked the dress up3. I come home and the whole top of the dress wasn’t even touched. It was just as big and slouchy as it was before.I am giving them 2 stars because of how nice the associate was when I picked the dress up and it being done in a timely manner. But I guess it makes since why it was timely.. because she cut the bottom (too short, so I guess I’ll wear flats) and pulled in the waist. FOR $180.Service: Alterations
