Passing through the area on a road trip. Saw the location was listed as a 24 hour gas station. Upon arriving saw that the door was locked and a worker was in the beer cave stocking items. Attempted to ring the bell as did several other customers over the course of 15 minutes. The worker looked at us several times but refused to open the door to help any of us. After 20 minutes we gave up amazed that this had really happened. This location is either entirely mislabeled as a 24 hour gas station, or has staff that just decides to stop working and lock the doors whenever they choose. Avoid this business at all costs.

Response to Owner: You've known you have amazingly slow pumps forever and done nothing about it. Don't act like you're going to actually do something.

Be careful with the BP gas station opposite White Castle on Springtown, Grove City. I went there this morning on my way from work to get my tank filled. I bought $42.87 gas. Got an alert on my phone that I bought $175 gas and also the $42.87. Checked my account and I saw that I was charged twice, $42.87 and $175 out of my account. I went inside and was told they don't have records of the gas I just bought. Then I requested a second receipt, and they
printed the receipt for the $42.87 but said they don't have records of the $175. Had to call my bank to dispute the $175. Please be careful out there, pay with cash if possible.

Worst gas station ever and it’s not 24 hours. 24 hours would mean at all times . There is always a car parked as if an employee is there but when trying to enter to get gas no one is at the register to let you in nor assist leading you to have to go elsewhere. Pathetic

I no longer go to this gas station anymore because they never remodel. It might result in shutting it down for good if no one ever goes here.

I like to share experience I had with BP on Stringtown at 71 at 10:30 PM on Valentine’s Day ? Myself , wife , and daughter went to movies at AMC and come out to a flat tire at 10:15 PM. I call BP to ask if their air machine is working before I try to make it over there. The guy working told me yes as far as he knows it working right now. I get there and the credit card option on the air machine would not work. So the only option was 8 quarters. So I go inside wait in line and get up to the counter and tell the guy I’m the one who just called with the flat tire and the credit card reader is not working on the air machine. So I lay $2 on the counter and asked if I could get 8 quarters. He tells me NO WE DONT GIVE CHANGE ?? and then proceeded to tell me that it’s not their air machine/vacuum, but a setting on their parking lot.

They have a girl working 3rd shift, but when a car pulls in, she ducks into the back and hides with the doors locked. Why do the pay her?

Treacherous to get in and out of here. Wish Wal Mart down the street would put in a station, because this one is just fair to middling. Job inside was working the till yesterday, was friendly enough. Not the cleanest gas station you'll stop at and the pumps are incredibly slow (Pump 8 I'm looking at you).
