I come to this place all of the time. The other day some random crazy employee told me that I could no longer come in if I have my hood up. She said it was “policy”. So out of the hundreds of times that I’ve been here, no one has ever said a single word to me. I changed my review from one star to three stars. Just because I appreciated you reaching out. I normally would’ve never left a negative review until this happened.

Leaking pipes under coolers make the air stink and the wet floors slippery. It's been that way for a year or longer. Capuchino machine has been broke for 2 weeks. Management doesn't seem to care.Nice staff. Always polite and helpful. Management or owners doesn't try to get repairs done. Any suggestions. Maybe BBB and or the Health Department.

My recent experience at BP was absolutely abysmal. I intended to purchase a Drink, the product that typically costs $1.39. To my dismay, the manager, Robert, attempted to charge me $1.77 for it, clearly engaging in price gouging. While I wasn't present when it happened, I was informed that Robert had, in the past, thrown change at a customer's car during a dispute. This incident alone should have been a red flag, and it's shocking to learn that he was initially fired but then inexplicably rehired as the manager. Robert's behavior demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and a failure to uphold the integrity and professionalism expected of a manager. His actions are inexcusable, and he should be permanently relieved of his managerial position for the sake of the customers and the reputation of BP.

Never open when I go there. If you don't want to run a gas station, then sell it to someone who does!! Here's a photo of the business closed at 7PM on a weekday in order to do stocking. Stocking at 7P,M?? Are you kidding me?? Back again at 9:15 Pm on 8/26/22, doors locked. No sign. No employees, nothing. Sell your business to someone who can keep the door open!

Between my wife and I we tried 4 cards and not one was able to activate the pump. We drove down the street to the next station and got our gas there instead.

Limited visit. Everything looked ok in the store. I said good morning as I entered, no reply from two folks behind the counter . I was the only one there. So, into the restroom. All the fixtures worked. The graffiti on the diaper changing station has got to go. Seriously . Remove it.
