I took a trip to Big Lots today for beach towels and a fan. When I got to the register, I was greeted by a friendly young lady named Cortni. We had a great conversation while she politely bagged my items and helped me with my payment then sent me on my way. It’s always nice to have interactions with someone like Cortni.

So I waited to purchase the table base

I couldn't believe little the store was it was kinda hard to move around in certain areas. There products on the end caps were over whealming

The staff was very friendly. Even gave suggestions and talked about experiences with items I was working on. When I came back for a second time, I had the same interaction. Very talkative employees and friendly. I found the items I wanted and was checked out quickly and even told about a coupon to make sure I used it on my purchase.

Hadn't been here for awhile. Like the remodel, store is clean, very well stocked. Associates friendly.

Item said it was $10.00 when i went to check out she said it means $10.00 off. She said she had the same problem yesterday. If there is a problem with the way you advertise maybe you should make it more clear.
