This was my second time going in.
Not sure who waited on me today but just wanted to say Thank You for the free battery for my garage door opener.

Keith was very helpful. He was patient and explained what may have been causing my remote car key to not work and replaced the old battery. I'd highly recommend Battery Plus.

I ordered my battery online and took advantage of a discount code. I was able to get my battery within 30 minutes. I was in store in less than 5 minutes and on my way. The battery is in my car and working great.

These guys are great! Lifetime replacement of key fob battery at a great price! They also had double As and triple As for cheaper than Amazon! Very helpful friendly crew!

I walked in Saturday late afternoon looking for a small hearing aid battery, They were pointed out to me and I was advised they were $5 each, I was surprised and voiced that you can buy the same brand for $5 for a 10 pack. I was met with derision and as I left was met with a sarcastic "Have a nice day". I'll enjoy telling people to shop elsewhere if this is the attitude your associates have.

I needed a new battery for my cell phone, I looked on Amazon $21 for a new one, but I thought to myself it would be nice to have someone change the battery so I called Batteries Plus, $80 dollars for the battery. Batteries Plus why do you need to be payed $59 just to change a Cell phone battery? The Batteries Plus store in Grove City is listed as #666.

Every time I go customer service is excellent. I give them the old bulb I have, and they immediately go get the new one I need always in stock. Very friendly and helpful.
