Came to the bank at 4:15, it was closed… never heard of a bank closing before 5 on normal business days, signs still say 5pm.

Please someone help me understand how this bank still open in the us soil. So far this is the worse bank ever , customer service sucks top to the bottom please don’t even think about filling a claims they will denied without any investigation not even notified you. Please please stay away.

Bank hours says Sat 9-1pm, but when I arrived at 10am, the door was close and noone was there.
