Life Changing!!! Instead of carrying around 5 different magnification Dollar Tree eye-ware with me, This Place solved ALL of my eyeglass needs! Friendly! Professional! Fast and Efficient; and the workers along with Management are Super Helpful and Courteous to Customers! Thanks America’s Best!!! You are an example of how Businesses should be run!! THANK YOU!

America’s Best is such a great place to go. I initially got two pairs of glasses back in February of 2024, and unfortunately did not get the insurance which I will do next time. Both of my pairs broke due to mistakes on my part. When I called the location here in grove city I spoke with a lovely woman Amanda, who was able to get my glasses fixed for me for free anyways. She and another coworker was able to find a similar pair of frames to mine and was able to pop my lenses into them. Which I really appreciate. Will definitely continue my business here ❤️ thank you again americas best.

Had an appointment for my daughter came in nobody greeted us or said hello. We stood there 10 minutes and I get a notification that my appointment was cancelled. What a waist of time we will find another eye doctor

I can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly the whole staff is . Would recommend the America’s best in grove city to anyone . I showed up 2 hours early for my appointment and they still accommodated me early and we’re super nice about it.

First time visiting America's Best Grove City, OH; I went in look at frames, (I already had a prescription) and was helped by Kim.
Kim was awesome! Very helpful (not pushy or sales aggressive) and knowledgeable. She was so sweet & explained all the lens options thoroughly. Was told processing time for glasses usually takes about 2 weeks.

Was not happy at my recent appointment at the Grove City location, it felt really rushed when getting my eyes tested. My wife couldn't even believe how quick it took compared to the last time. I told the person helping me that I'm very light sensitive and I wanted to get the darkest transitions and label and she told me that it's not available with lined bifocals. I found out this was actually a lie and that you can get transitions with lined bifocals. I also was supposed to get anti-glare on my glasses and I had none and had to come back a week later after ordering and declare lenses for them to put them in. They tried to tell me that anti-glare will help my lenses get darker. It doesn't. I even showed them my old pair of phone a couple years ago got way darker than the ones I have now, they just didn't seem like they cared or wanted to help. I will definitely not be coming back there again. They just seem to want to get your money and rush you out for the next person. Definitely not impressed. They act like they don't even want to hear your concerns. I think they need retrained telling people the wrong thing also. I looked at the reviews on here and a lot of people are having the same issues. Thankfully there are a lot of other places to go to.

I am visiting from out of town and my glasses were bothering me so I stopped in at AB. I believe her name was Natalie on buckeye parkway. She was the absolute best! She really took the time to make sure when I left there that my glasses were good. Thank you.

Before I go any further into my experience, I feel I need to address the reviews that say everything felt rushed... don't confuse that with anything other than experts doing their job especially well and efficient. I was EXTREMELY skeptical! I usually go to OSU Upper Arlington for the exam and then Zinni online for frames. But I was unable to go to OSU this time. I looked up ANY place in Ohio for exams, I saw this place had a deal and thought.. hmmm what's their customers think, what's their ratings and reviews? So I looked and it is consistently higher at all branches than any other company I've found. And they got me in SAME DAY! My eye doctor was QUICK! Legit less than 5 minutes and I was in the lobby! I waited to write my review until after I got my glasses back because I wanted to give the most accurate review I could give. My glasses and prescription was way better than my old ones and they made sure the glasses fit well before I headed out. Kim was the lady that helped me pick out my 2 pair and the package I wanted with them. She's super sweet! I'll be back for sure!
