We had a problem finding a unit that would accommodate us for some very large church pews that we recently purchased. Sam took the time to walk us through everything and went above and beyond expectations to help my fiance and I. We now have 3 units at this facility and will continue to rent here, solely because of Sam. He is very professional and just all around awesome!

I have had an excellent experience with the staff, they are very friendly and guided me through the rental process with ease. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. They have a variety of unit sizes available, which made it easy to find the desired amount of space for my stuff. Great experiences overall. I would highly recommend!

There's no words to describe the pain and hurt we feel and have endure in this situation.We rented our unit 90 days ago everything my son owned. STOLEN..THAT MANAGER knows what she doing she Never showed us the back to our storage or mention IT PERIODSOLD ME ONE LOCK .NOW SAYS POLICE REPORT.OH ITS FILED.AND INSURANCETHAT WILL NEVER GIVE US OUR PRECIOUS STUFF BACK NEVERAND PRIVATE INVESTIGATER HIRED.YOU MAY HAVE STOLEN EVEYTING WE OWNBUT U WILL NOT GET BY WITH THIS .SMILE WHILE SAYING CAMARAS ONLY GO BACK 60 DAYS.YOU WILL ANSWER TO GOD FOR THIS.Read the Response EITHER U R LYING ON HERE OWNER OR SHE ISCANT WATCH CAMARASGONEIF SO IM ON CAMARA RENTING THE STORAGEIF I WAS TOLD ABOUT BACK DOOR AND NEED FOR 2 LOCKS WE WOULDNT BE HERESHOW THE LAW. Just a little BUYER BEWARE!!! ? For over 2 years I have rented 2 separate units. Only ONCE did I need to change payment method. However, my new form of payment was not saved the first time, therefore a repeat was necessary the next month. As a result there was no auto payment and my account became late - TWICE NOW! "Too bad" they say, "this was the doings of a previous employee and there is new management now"

I would give a 0 if possible. These people never answer their phone. We obtained the storage space online and the access code we were given does not work. When we were moving in, a maintenance person was there and opened the gate for us. We have called and called and called since then, trying to get a new access code that will actually work, but no one answers the phone or returns our calls. Bet they'd be happy to move our stuff out if I stopped payment though! I'll be reporting to the BBB because we've been unable to access our unit since renting it, which is ridiculous!!!! Do not bother with this place, you'll be sorry if you do!

horrible location when van got broken into the female management was not helpful at all and had attitude the whole time couple weeks later someone steals the catalytic converter from my box truck so i call management and she blames me for everything saying i broke into my own van and stole my one catalytic converters. would give 0 stars if possible DO NOT RENT HERE

My boyfriend Dalis has been renting storage units since earlier in the summer. He had 3 at one time but now down to 2. His rent has always been paid before it was due. For some reason He had $61.99 taken out of his bank account on 11-23. He spoke to the girl that runs the place in person. She told him she would called her boss and find out why it was taken out. As I’m writing this review 12-18. He still never got an answer to why it was taken out or a refund. He would like to get his money back since you had no reason to over charge him. This is the 3 rd time He’s had problems with your units. First time one of them was leaking and it took days for maintenance to come out and fix the problem. 2nd time He turned one of the units in and his gate code got changed for no reason. He was meeting the tow guy to have his classic car towed to the shop. Luckily He finally got in by following another car in. The office girl finally called back and gave him a new code so the driver could get in also. Don’t understand why He’s getting charged or why his code was even change. Please refund his money that was taken out for no reason.
