“I was very impressed! I called prior for pricing on a used tire and was happy with the price for install. When I arrived I was helped by the manager (I believe that's what his position is or could be owner) who remembered the call and the tire number. I felt a little up-sale while the tire was being installed but at the same time I'm sure my other tire needed replaced and I needed alignment and brakes soon as well. I feel they are very honest! I ended up getting two used front tires with EXCELLENT tread & for an awesome price compared to other competitors nearby! My car rides so much better! They were friendly and quick. I will definitely return!”

Edit: after consulting with friends, I was made aware that I was over charged for parts. I was charged $300 for replacing 1 ignition coil. I found that a 4 pack online was $82. He did not replace all 4. I just want anyone to be aware that if you are not very car savy, they might take advantage of your lack of knowledge.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! Drove down to Cincinnati today from Muncie, Indiana, to make a Facebook Marketplace purchase for my brother's birthday. After stopping at a store to make a return, I tried to restart my car and heard a loud pop and saw smoke or steam escape out from under my hood. NOT a good feeling being a female, alone, 2 hours from home. After researching online the possible problem & checking my oil & coolant reserve, I called Sumner's (after calling one other place & getting voicemail) to see if it was safe to drive back home, & Ryan answered right away, & after finding out I was far from home, said to bring it in and he would work it in. I was there 2 to 3hrs because they had to wait a long time for my engine to cool, so I was able to observe many customer interactions and services performed. All of them were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After much testing of my coolant system, they could not find a problem and were not going to take any money from me. In a world where dealerships and chain stores will make up a repair, not actually do it, and still charge unsuspecting victims exhorbant prices(have seen this done)...this place is a true Diamond in the Rough!!! I wish I could've left more money, but I can and will leave my Highest Recommendation! Because they didn't have to bother with me, they had many customers, they didn't have to work me in, they didn't have to say, "No charge", they could've been making more money...BUT they did! They had compassion and they cared. They took a load off of me & I had no problems driving home...and the peace of mind that gave

“After receiving a ridiculous quote from a local Ford dealership, I decided to give Jeff's a try. I stopped by and spoke with Don who gave me a quote well within reason and got me in quickly. I also had a previous issue looked at by three Ford dealers (over he course of a year who threw parts at the issue) who couldn't find the problem. Don and I discussed it and he thought he knew what the problem might be. He called me the next day with and estimate to repair and that they had found the issue. Don kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and was completed the next day. Words can't express how satisfied I am with this shop and I am so glad I found them. I was doing what a lot of people do now, I was searching online a found one I liked at Cincinnati Cadillac, I reached out and was put in touch with a (Mr.) Brandon Ozier who guided me from first phone call, to Driving off the lot, including pre approval, to approval!! a total Professional the whole way, never pushy very Knowledgeable, returned all calls promptly......once an approval was made I headed to Cincinnati Cadillac Wow!! I was surprised to learn that this young (to me) I'm 68yrs old. This Young Black Professional was Confident and Knowledgeable, made me feel right at home, although I was from out of town.....allowed me to test drive, introduced me to the staff, everybody was smiling, (kind of busy) lol, but not to busy to smile wave and speak I have owned a few Cadillacs in my life. “Moe and his staff is great I bought a car from Drivetime that had issues within the first 2 weeks. Moe made me feel relaxed and insured me that the would get me together. He actually listen to my problems and took action to check those problems right away. I have been to a lot of car shops in my lifetime and Auto Arena is actually the best one I’ve been to. The customer service is fantastic. The interaction with the customers that are coming in and out is phenomenal. Watching how Moe interact with the people who’s coming in and out it’s very pleasurable. Auto Arena is great!”
“I responded online to a posting of a recent trade-in offered by BMW Cincinnati North that was so new, photos weren't yet available. Matt Tucker responded the next morning with a walk around video and a rather informative description of the car's condition. It turns out, he sold this car to the previous owner 2 years ago, so he had some familiarity with it already.
My wife and I drove 3+ hours the next morning with an expected arrival by 10 AM. Matt held the car for us, despite other interest that developed after we spoke that afternoon prior.
After the purchase was completed, the car remained at the dealership to be serviced, and have a minor door ding, and the curb rash on the rims repaired. They did an amazing job!
We are so thankful for that courtesy that was extended to us. The car was described as "ultra-rare" and "ultra-clean", and both were accurate assessments of the 2019 Volvo S60 T-6 R-Design. The car drives and handles great.

“On our way from Georgia to Ohio to visit family, a heat shield came loose underneath the car. Jim's was able to fit us in and take care of the repair on the same day (which was great because we were only spending a couple days in the area).
Jim's is my wife's parents usual place to get car repairs done, and if I was local this would be my place too! Can't recommend them enough. Hopefully we don't have car trouble on the next trip, but if we do I know exactly where I am taking it.”

“Chips Auto Glass got me back on the road quickly and correctly after my windshield was cracked. I have not had good luck with getting windshields replaced in the past, which made me very nervous going into this. Right off the bat, they helped me through all of the insurance. They alleviated all my worries and concerns about fitment and getting the right windshield. The replacement itself was absolutely great and they answered all of my questions (however basic they were). The windshield looks great and I can safely say this was by far the easiest and best experience I've had getting a windshield replaced.”

Midas checked it out, sent me a clear explanation, with photos of what they found, even rated how high or low the need to address the issues were. They gave me a great deal on the work I needed done and kept me up to date on getting the parts in and when it would be complete. I felt very confident that they would do great work and only necessary work. They did just that. My car feels like a new car again and drives great. I highly recommend them.”
