I custom ordered a Diamond-C FMAX 212 gooseneck trailer back in 2020 that was delivered in early 2021 from Pine View Trailers. The folks at Pine View were very helpful and I feel like I got a really good price from them on the trailer. There was a slight manufacturing issue on some hydrolic jack stands that leaked and Pine View gave me free replacement jack stands without hassel and at no cost to me. Recently I had taken the wheels off the trailer and when I put them back on did not get the lug nuts tight enough and broke some studs off. I took the trailer to Pineview and they had fixed the broken studs the very next day from when I dropped the trailer off and at a very reasonable cost for the repair. I am very thankful they were so fast on servicing the trailer and getting it back on the road as I depend on this trailer for my business. Some other people here that wrote reviews were complaining about slow service on them working on a trailer that was not purchased from Pine View. All I have to say about that is don't buy a junk trailer from somewhere else and bring it to Pine View and expect to get priority service. If you buy a new trailer from them they will stand behind what they sell and take care of their loyal customers. I would definetely buy another trailer from Pine View in the future.

I bought a brand new moritz dump trailer from them yesterday.I would highly recommend anyone to them great customer service an great products ,also Nelson the guy that took care of us made us feel comfortable an walked through our options an what best fit our needs.Would recommend to anyone needing any type of good quality trailers for the right price .

I am sorry to have bothered your staff. I didn’t get an answer when I called so I decided to take the 30 minute drive. I just wanted to get pricing on getting a hitch installed and to schedule it. I walked in, the guys were busy, and I waited until one was available. He reluctantly wrote a price down and said Plus Labor, we don’t know if it will take 2 or 3 hours. I wanted to go ahead and schedule, he said they were scheduling out two weeks, and beyond that - we don’t know if we can even do it. I wanted to go ahead and schedule but he said, well it will be at least two weeks and looked at another employee, like I was a bother. If they did not want to mess with installing a trailer hitch, then they should have just said that. I was referred to Pine View by another company. I will definitely be suggesting to them NOT to refer anyone else unless you want to be treated as such a bother! This was extremely disappointing! What a waste of time for such ‘customer service’ .

Went there with my wife and teenage daughter with cash in hand for a 7x16 extra higher enclosed trailer. Walked around inside store and all over the lot outside, saw 3 employees while I was walking around, not one single employee asked if I needed help. Was there for 20-30 minutes and was ignored, their prices posted on 3 of the trailers I was interested in were also about $1000 higher than others I've seen. Won't ever be back and will make sure to pass on my experience to every person I can
