Unfortunately, I am unable to recommend SVG Chevrolet which makes me sad as we will be an established business soon in downtown Main Street Greenville. SVG brought a 2011 Toyota Sienna from Beavercreek for us to test drive. We went to test drive and loved it despite a few repairs that needed to be done. The purchase price was $12,500 which was over my budget. Mind you the Kelly Blue Book for this vehicle on the actual sale page for this van was between $9k-$11.6K I made an offer of $10K to start. By the time we finished, our deal was done at $11,150 plus taxes and fees. We shook on it, I made a down payment with check of over $7k and went home with the purchase order to send over to Wright-Patt Credit Union, which we already had a pre approval loan through, to get the rest of the money sent to them. The deal was done! The next day, I not only had the dealer that sold the car to us, but the manager that made the deal with us try to get us to fill out a pre approval loan application. I was extremely confused as I already was pre approved for the loan, we only needed them to sign the purchase order and send it over. I told them I did not want to do that as I already had a loan in place for the rest of the money. I sent over an email to the dealer Scott to print the purchase order and sign and send back over to us via email for us to sign and send to Wright Patt Credit Union. Scott was in agreement over the phone and I never received anything back from him. By the end of the working day I had the manager Chris, which I never had met, call me and tell me they needed to back out of the deal because it didn't make financial sense for them to sell me the car at that price. He said they made a mistake and should have never sold it to me at that price. He told me to come pick up my check th couldn't sell it to me. At first I thought I was being punked, but realized this was real. I couldn't believe my ears. I told him this was not best practices, it was extremely shady business, and unfortunately couldn't recommend SVG to anyone or come back to do business. At first I thought about getting a lawyer but it's not worth the hassle. This company wasted my time and is not trust worthy in their business practices. I am truly saddened that we just moved to Greenville and are starting a business here and this is the kind of business that is being done in this town. It truly hurts my heart. I believe this was a decision made by the higher ups there and I feel bad for the Scott the salesman who was excited about making this deal with us. Not only did you pull a good car from our business- a up and coming small downtown business, but you messed with his commission and wasted both of our times. I'm appalled at the unethical business practice that I encountered there and hope you do better for our community.

I would recommend this place. Very pleasant, personable people. Treat you like they have known you for years. Austin Miller. Highly recommend. He was great from start to finish. Very upbeat. From Austin to the finance manager Blain and the others in between. They listen and want to get you in the right vehicle at the right price. Will definitely buy another vehicle there.

They made my dream come true. I have been without a car since Dec 2023. Had to borrow a car for work. Some other place told me couldn't help me. So I went to SVG. And they made it happen. They have been a God sent to me. Thanks so much. So if you need a car go to SVG in Greenville, Ohio and ask for Scott. Thanks again for making this all possible.

The salesman was great (casey) throughout the process. Thank you. However, I received a text message saying they made a mistake in the paperwork and needed me to resign another set and was going to email to me. I received another text saying I needed to sign the paperwork. I sent a text back saying I didn't get it. 2 days ago I received the email, but was out of town for work and said when I got back in a few days I will look over and return. Tonight the Finance Manager Blaine Vincell sent me a threatening text saying he needed me to sign it today, it was 6 PM, or I can bring the car back. I have been buying cars over 30 years and at no time has anyone at any dealership ever treated me like this. I think Mr. Vencill needs some education in customer service and look for another line of work. You can't bully customers . Casey we appreciate your work but unfortunately Mr. Vencill has made this a bad experience.

Get with Austin Miller at Greenville SVG. I went there to get my wife in a better vehicle. More updated. Hers was getting worse and worse. Austin didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. But he did go WAY above and BEYOND the call of duty. We went in today. And didn't expect to come out with anything but a vehicle that belongs in the junk yard. But Austin got us in a 2024. It takes a LOT to earn my respect. But in his efforts to get her in a newer and safer vehicle. He earned my respect. 100% 10 fold.
