It has everything and usually they have attended to me very quickly, but this last time the person who assisted me took a little more than 2 hours to validate a warranty on a battery, the manager told me that it is because the system was new, but I was not happy.

Like all O'Reilly Auto Part Stores the staff is knowledgeable and also available to help check out that pesky check engine light. Or put on those windshield wipers, or check your battery. Stop in and check out their selection or have them diagnose a problem.

I went to get my headlight bulb replaced. The guy working installed a new one for me, only for it to not work. He told me I probably had faulty wiring. I then took it somewhere else for an electric diagnostic only to find out the wiring was fine, but the guy replaced the bulb wrong. So I wasted all that money on a diagnostic check just because this guy didn't know what he was talking about. Absolutely ridiculous.
