Wife and I stopped in looking for a Queen mattress. The staff was very informative and knowledgeable. He was not pressuring and let us just kinda browse and try things as we wanted to. He didn't try to pressure us into the higher priced models. He wanted what was best for us. We chose a mattress and a pillow. Then we browsed as he helped other customers. Beautiful options made by Ashley. We found a sectional that worked for us. When he got done with the other customers we asked him some details about the furniture, asked the price and of future sales. He said it was 50% off and we bought right then. Got the delivery option. Ordered bedroom furniture 9-14-20 . Was advised that it may be a few weeks before the furniture comes in, no problem because we wanted to paint the bedroom before delivery. I called 10-16-20 and was told by Chad that its suppose to be leaving the warehouse 11-28-20 and possibly be delivered the 1st or 2nd week of December. Absolutely not to my liking at all. If its "suppose" to leave their warehouse how do they know for sure , and why can't it leave the warehouse now??. This
