Just got the roun around about meds and someone changed the date in the system now my kids meds are messed up and they refuse to fill. Bad communication and bad service from Kroger pharmacy. Shame on Megan the pharmacy manager for letting a child go un medicated for two days because you messed up. Shame shame shame. I hope someone loses their job over this.

Kroger pharmacy is a joke cant do a flu shot before they take thier lunch we got in there at 12:41 and they couldn't let my mom get a flu shot. They all dont need to take a break at the same time .

My mother has been a customer to your pharmacy for many years. She takes a life saving medication that is very expensive. My father recently died and she can no longer afford it, but she will die without it. She received a wonderful blessing where the manufacturer will give it to her for free but she needs a printout of information from your pharmacy..her own information. Your pharmacy has refused several times until my elderly mother has given up. She is now paying her expensive co pay and can not buy food and necessities. I am going to have to come from the other side of the country in order to help her switch pharmacies. Kroger, you should be ashamed.

This store is so messy. And not stocked well at all. When I do find what I want it's on a top shelf and pushed far back. I am disabled and can't reach up there. There's never a stock person when you need one. They're more concerned with the pick list than the regular stocking. I left Walmart and started shopping Kroger because at the time they were much better. Now however, we can never go in and find what we need. I'm going to go back to Walmart or out of town. I'm fed up with this Kroger!

Definitely not what we are used to at the St. Mary’s Kroger pharmacy with the tech . Pharmacist was pleasant though .

The pharmacy is nice and the people in it are helpful and answered all the questions that I had. I had a transfer of medications from another Kroger and they did it so smoothly that it was like they had my medications all my life. Very impressive! Thank you Krogers!

This Kroger is very nice and well-stocked. For the area, they have great selection and availability. The employees were all very friendly, had great attitudes, and were happy to help. It was very busy though, and all open check-out lanes had substantial lines. Overall, great store.

I'm from a small town west of Charleston SC and have been all over the east coast. I've never dealt with Kroger or kroger pharmacy. Well after a month of living in Greenville Ohio it's been nothing but a enjoyabl experience. The staff is very helpful and I'd but them against any other store. I wish they would put one in my hometown Walterboro SC.. Oh I've saved money also used the click program and got my groceries in the parking lot in my pajamas lol. Awesome clean store also.. Nothing negative for once. Thorney Out!

This store, leaves me fuming. It is a total mess!!! There food isn't stocked, especially in the dairy section.. The items are too far back to reach. Then, the fish and seafood disaster... I asked for salmon in baking bags, a bit of lemon pepper... The young man looked totally clueless. I said, you know, the foul baking bags? So he proceeds to pull out this large plastic zip lock, puts the fish in it. I thought maybe he had to do that to weigh it? Which I never saw them do before but I thought maybe he did things differently. So, he weighs it.. Then begins to fumble with it.. I asked, please don't forget the spices. He didn't know where they were.. After awhile I said just forget it.. Then he didn't know where the baking bags we're.. I said again, just forget it... You can just put it in paper wrap... This was nearly impossible for him. I asked is this your first day??? He said he got put back there with no training.... I did let the girls at the desk see what I got, not that I think they really cared. However, the checkout girls are very nice and the lady that cashed me out tried to make it right. This store cannot handle the customer volume it has.. They absolutely cannot keep up with keeping things stocked. In less I absolutely have to, I will not go back to that Kroger.

I don't recommend shopping here unless you like being treated like a criminal. The second to last time I was there I got accused of loitering and the last time I got accused of stealing. The guy that accused me of stealing even had the nerve to ask if I'm waiting for a ride because I was sitting outside eating what I just bought from them...
