When I arrived, I asked how much my tires were going to cost. Found out they ordered the wrong tires, that I would have to wait for a truck. I then told them I would go somewhere else for tires, and asked if they would still change the oil. They said yes, but then they ignored me. So, I left.Customer Service is not important to them.

I had a small leak in my Monte Carlo tire. But a big headache to me. They fixed me right up and gave me helpful information about rest of tires. Friendly and fast

Called two days in advance to see if they had an opening Saturday to do a tire rotation. First come first serve on Saturday so I was the first one to arrive and they turned me around because they didn’t have time. Wasted a free Saturday morning when I could have went somewhere else which is what I’ll do from now on
