DO NOT go to the owner for your orders, place your orders through her daughter. My sister's wedding flowers were not done correctly at all and was very rude to us when we called nicely to get pedals for our pedal boy. Charged us way over priced for flowers and by the time they got to us they were wilted, mind you we live right down the road on Central. Never got to see an example of her bouquet until the day of the wedding and The owner did not even put my sister's colors into her bouquet. She ended up spray painting the flowers when we picked them up. My sister was told she was not a priority until after mother's Day which is understandable but at the same time would not communicate with her at all even after mother's day was over! Really sad that our little hometown flower shop would do this to a bride.

The good..friendly staff & on time delivery
The disappointing..very cheap looking, lots and lots of filler and inexpensive flowers with only a few nicer flowers. Not worth the money I spent

Wonderful job on my girlfriend's prom corsage. The staff are very friendly and got me exact what I asked and the prices are reasonable too. I hoghly recommend them.

These ladies are the best. Always smiling faces and they make the most beautiful floral arrangements. Whether you want just a single flower, a corsage or boutonniere, a small arranged grouping, or a full blown bouquet, you can't find a better shop in the area. Two thumbs up and five stars!

The person that answered the phone was delightful and pleasant. Was happy to help and glad I called their business. Price was reasonable for beautiful flowers for my mother's birthday, assuring same-day delivery. I would definitely call again. Superior Service and Quality!

Called the shop after a family member had been in the hospital for a major surgery and was trying to find some place local that delivers out to their rural area. I was worried about the arrangements being an FTD type of situation after looking at the website so I gave the shop a call and spoke to an employee. I live out of town and let them know that I didn’t want any run of the mill/pre-made/boxed flowers. When they asked what I was thinking of I honestly didn’t have any specifics other than I wanted several very unique, fragrant, colorful, and large arrangements that would fill the house. I told them I wanted the recipient to wake up every morning with a smile and the smell of fresh flowers to fill the house. The employee was super helpful and completely understood. She said she and another employee would do them personally and would make sure that each arrangement was completely unique, colorful, and fragrant. I gave them my card number and told them roughly how much I wanted to spend but that if they needed to go above that was fine too as long as the end result was what I wanted. Fast forward to the day after discharge and WOW. They did not disappoint! These are the most beautiful, colorful, and unique arrangements I have ever seen. There are definitely flowers in there I have never seen in my life and neither has anyone else. Not only did they stay within budget and deliver exactly what I asked for, they absolutely blew the recipient out of the water! I have gotten a text and pictures almost every day since the delivery talking about how beautiful these flowers are. Every day they find a new flower that they’ve never seen before and they all smell so amazing that guests even comment on how wonderful the house smells. I am beyond impressed with this local flower shop and will without a doubt be using them from here on out.Helen’s, my family and I can’t thank you enough for all of your help!
