Dave Knapp Ford is a home town ford dealer in Greenville Ohio. They are friendly and not the pushy type of place to shop for a car or truck. They were very nice and helpful to aid in helping me find the right truck. I'm happy to help my own community and was glad they were able to make this deal work to my satisfaction. Jason one of the sales persons, waited on me and he was nice. Jake remembered my dad and treated me with much respect. Stevie went over and above the plate in getting that truck I wanted. He's an asset to this dealership. I am truly glad I was able to buy from my area and they made sure to do there best in helping me get what I was looking for.

Talking to Jason was the worse bad car sales man stereotype I think I've experienced. Took him less than 10 minutes to drive my new truck purchase somewhere else.

Poor service department. Took 2017 Ford Escape to my mechanic to find the engine needed replaced due to warping and coolant intrusion to the cylinders. Mechanic discovered it was under Ford extended warranty so it was towed to Dave Knapp. Took over a month to get bottom of motor from Ford, was installed and first time I drove it a transmission coolant line came off and lost my trans fluid, had to be towed back to them. They fixed , drove again and my radiator coolant line came off and lost my fluid and car overheated, towed again. Picked up and drove for about a week or so when it was acting like it was misfiring, turns out it was a cracked flex plate and they would not replace it under warranty (keep in mind this is connected to the motor that they replaced). Took long while to fix flex plate, when i got it back it was screeching at the front passenger wheel, I asked why they said it was my brakes , that they were the wrong one. I took a look it was my brake dust shield rubbing on the rotor. Point being there is no way they actually test there fixes, just throw something on there and send it. Pretty sure they never even said sorry every time I had to go back to pick it up over and over again.
