Unbelievably slow and not very friendly.I only wish I could leave a review for every bad experience. That would easily be 8 out of 10 visits. Terrible customer service, a junk atm and ridiculous policies. Chase is a joke.

Stay away from Chase if you want to get a mortgage. I have been with Chase for over 15 years, had everything financed there. So they go and sell my house loan to Mr Cooper, the worst company on the planet. I tried to talk to them about it, but they said there’s nothing they can do ,that’s what they do. So now i have to refinance to get away from Mr Cooper, i will be pulling everything out of Chase asap, consumer beware!!

All I wanted from the bank I bank with was a paper notarized, just watch me sign it and put a notary stamp on it showing it was me and I had my ID showing who I was. Was not looking for legal advice from a bank teller. Went to a really nice lady at a different place and no problem.

At the top of my list of favorite banks! The tellers and bankers are very friendly and helpful. Though Chase is big chain you still get the small-town family feel here with all the benefits of a big chain. I love the Chase App and do most of my banking through it and online. They have never missed a deadline on my bill pay. All your banking needs can be met here.
