Had a softner i bought from there go down. An associate told me he'd come look at the unit, said he'd call me back that afternoon. Four days later. Nothing. Another associate of his even called him when i came in for a water test to make sure he'd contact me. Guess ill go elsewhere from now on. Don't appreciate being ignored or lied to.

Although I only called to ask if their neighbor business was still open, the gentleman on the phone was very polite and professional, and gave me a recommendation for an alternate business for what I was looking for. It wasn't the service they normally offer, but in my book, good service is good service.
