A+ gym that can suit whatever your goal is. If obstacle course events are your thing, they have the equipment to train for it. You have to travel to Columbus to find comparable equipment geared toward that. Robert is very knowledgeable about weight training and is a personal trainer.

Excellent gym, staff there are great, and they're very helpful and this place has it all. It has a curved wall, heavy bag, monkey bars, tire flips, atlas stones, you name it. Mainly has weight loss and fitness equipment but there's one section you can truly build strength and all of us who are into that know how to do it with a small amount of equipment. Speaking of strength, they also host a strongman competition every year, in July. Highly recommend this gym to anyone. Whatever your goals, you can achieve them here.

Great gym, equipment for people of all types. Including strongman. Whatever fitness level you're at, you can work out here and the staff and owner are great! Super helpful and friendly!
