Love first shift the coffee is the best out of all the gas stations they're restrooms are exceptionally clean for a gas station and gas is usually competitive and prices are lower the staff are friendly and that's what makes the place great

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Example: on the evening hours of Sept. 2, 2018, I had gone to Flagway to purchase a few items to have for lunch at work the next morning {Cigs. Debbie cakes, chips' and a couple of Mt. Dews, etc. etc.} I admit..... It wasn't alot of stuff. But, still almost $20.00s worth of stuff........ Now, this is where her "RUDE BEHAVIOR" began. So, as she got my cigarettes down, instead of placing them on the counter, she basically just threw them down with enough force that they went sliding across the counter top and onto the floor! So, instead of apologizing, she just rolled her eyes, shook her head and looked at me like it was my fault!!!!! Now, not wanting to cause a scene, I just chose to ignore her "RUENESS". So, I kindly handed the young lady a 20 dollar bill. She opened the cash register, put the 20 dollar bill I just gave her in it and got the change owed to me out.....When she looked like she was ready to hand me my change, I reached my hand out to recieve it {knuckle side down, palm side up. Clearly visible. So visible that even a blind person could see it} But, instead of putting it my hands she just drops it all a good 8 inches to the left of my hand and another good 5 inches above the counter!!!!! Well, I was shocked and just stood there looking at her completely dumbfounded at that moment in time for a few seconds!!!!! And again NO APOLOGIES!!!!! SHE JUST STOOD THERE ROLLING HER EYES AND LOOKING AT ME LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT AGAIN AND LIKE I'M JUST SOME KIND OF BAFFLING BUFFOON AND SHE JUST HATED THE FACT THAT I WAS THERE AND SEE HAD TO WAIT ON ME!!!!!! Than, as those first natural reaction and feeling subsided they gradually gave way way to ANGER!!!!! Iasked her what her DAMN PROBLEM WAS AND IF SHE TREATED ALL HER CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS?!? Well, she said nothing to me and just ignored me and what just happened didn't exist...... So, after that little exchange and I managed to pick up what little bit a change I could find. { Yep, thats right. I truly didn't find allmy change and to be honest didn't really care at that moment. I just wanted to get the HELL OUT OF THERE.} I bent back up from the floor after looking for my change, expecting to at least having most if not a little of my stuff bagged......... Nope, not even close. She was just standing there with her hand on her hip looking at me like I was the STUPID ONE!!! So, I irritatibly asked her if she'd mind bagging my items for me and insrwad of doing as I asked of her, she just reaches under the counter, pulls out a bag, toss it down onto me items and just turns and walks away!!!!!! I have never in the 44 yrs that I have been alive been treated so HATEFULL AND RUDELY by a convenience store employee! I will never shop at any Flagway Convenient Store again as long as she is employed with them............
