Triple booked my appointment I mean I had an appointment for 6:00 it’s 6:30 and they’re still calling people ahead of me. I don’t understand if I have a scheduled appointment for 6:00 & I show up 15 minutes early!!!!! I should be seen @ 6:00! It’s my mom’s birthday & we were planning on going out to eat but not after waiting hours here.

While I was there, they were nice enough. Online it showed the cost would be 209. In person they said it would be about 359. This is annoying, but after a call to the manager is resolved and good. I THOUGHT... The construction makes getting in a pain, but that's not their fault.HOWEVER, a month later I get a text message saying I didn't pay, and I owe 149... this sounds to me suspiciously like them trying to collect the remainder. I came in for a rapid covid test for traveling only. Now they're trying to add in other fees for stuff they didn't do? Nope. Calling them they say just forward a bank statement and we'll see... sounds like fraud.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOT WORTH THE VISIT.

This place had received 3 stars and for good reason.They double booked my appointment. The nurse was rude .Then told me to wait for almost an hour to see If I could get fitted in.I told them I forgot the paper I needed them to sign.Apparently it is a foreign concept to get a printed out medical sheet from their office with the doc signature on it.You know, the ones you doc ALWAYS gives you at the end of your app.I know people don't read theseBut if you happen to. Pick a different location.Because this isn't the place.

Both the ladies I had seen at the clinic were kind. I was in and out fairly quick.

Went in for flu shot. Candy was awesome, super nice and highly experienced based on our conversation. I made an appointment online and was in and out no problem.

This minute clinic was the most extremely unprofessional and extremely dysfunctional thing ever. I signed in and my wait time was 2hrs and 34mins, I ended up waiting 4hrs only to be told my name was removed from the list and that I would be moved to the bottom. The “nurse practitioner” took an extended lunch only to come in late. Never again returning.

Medical staff is knowledgeable and my nurse Shannon was very through and kind. Worst part is the wait when you don't feel great, but when they are spending time to going over your symptoms and running tests, you see why. I've gone here twice now and I would definitely go back. They even have tissues, hand sanitizer and face masks in the waiting area. Huge plus that they can send your prescription over to the pharmacy and there's almost no wait or an extra trip. When you are sick, it's a God send.

If I was permitted to do one last thing before I died, I would try to go to this clinic because they take an eternity. We went to two locations & a 40 minute wait turned into over 2 hours and we were never even seen. Don't waste your time with the dump of an establishment.

I get there to see a nurse at 3:30 AM because I called before was driving down there and say close at five and the Lady There told me she not going to see me because She have other people And she needs to leave at five . Very bad customer service

They advertised all over the store saying they take walk ins and that they are open all day which is false! I went in an hour before the closing time and supposedly they were closed today and don't usually take walk ins you have to sign up online. They shouldn't be advertising a service that they don't give or business hours that they don't follow!

I called CVS to get a shingles shot. I listened to IVR and it said that no appointment was necessary; that I could walk in. I did, waited over an hour, and then they told me they don't have the vaccine. They did put me on the waiting list. I was #4. That was two months ago and I'm still waiting... Shame on me for not going to Walgreens immediately instead of waiting two months.
