Came into the store with very little knowledge about ponds but had a little one I wanted to add a small water feature on. Karen took the time to help me pick out the right liner, pond plants, pump and accessories. She took her time to answer my endless questions. Very thankful.

we look forward to returning every spring to this wonderful place that is full of very knowledgeable. Employees. They have great prices I like it that it is a one stop shop to get our plants or chemicals and any kind of repair products. We may need for our pump filter and liners.

Absolutely amazing! So glad I picked them to maintenance on our pond they did a very good job cleaning it all out. Our pond looks incredible. If you guys are looking for a place look no further, Thank you Hoffmans water ask scape.

Totally useless. Went in inquiring about fountain pumps, waited patiently for 20 minutes. When I was finally able to speak to the woman her response was "look online". Wow, what sage advice....

Great selection of exterior and interior fountains. Buyer beware of their pumps though. We bought a beautiful exterior fountain for our patio around Mother's Day and the pump went bad. When we returned the pump to Hoffman's they wanted us to buy a new pump when it had a 2 year warranty. Today the new pump stopped working. We think they're reselling used or reconditioned pumps for the new price. Recommend buying pump through Amazon.

real good, peaceful relaxed shopping experience. The ground outside has a lot of loose stones but that's not bad. When we went there yesterday we got our algae cleaner and water filter for our fountain.

While looking to buy plants and get advice on setting up a small Koi pond I found Hoffman's and like they say....It's worth the drive from where ever you are ! The young man I spoke with was a wealth of information on every detail and so helpful and the plants that I could not find anywhere else were right here and in great health. I had ordered the same plants from the internet that came from California and arrived dead and brown for the same price that I bought nice local , green healthy plants for the Koi pond. Shop Local .....The place in California were NOT there for me to help answer questions and help with my set up to design a healthy "eco system" around our fish. Thanks Again Hoffman's and I will be back ! A++++++++++++

My husband and I were installing a rock fountain ourselves on our new patio. We made several trips to this store and every time someone spent as much time as we needed with us to help make sure we were getting everything we needed and understood how everything worked together. They helped us make an incredible fountain. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would send anyone there that needed pond equipment or services.
