“I've been going to Tiffin Break and Wheel for years! I recommend them literally to everyone who's looking for their line of repairs to be done. They are the most honest, friendly, and trust worthy mechanic shop that I've ever been too. They have very fair pricing an are up front with the cost. They show you how bad your parts were after they replaced them. I've never had a shop show me my old parts before, but they do. They always call or text within a few days to make sure you are happy with the repairs. They always try to put lifetime parts on with a warranty so you know you're getting quality parts. “Not our lucky day when our exhaust system broke apart on I-80 on our way to Cleveland. After exiting the interstate safely we googled muffler shops and started making calls to see if anyone could help us. Our third call was to C&T and the most delightful man said he could look at the van right away! Upon arrival 20 minutes later we were welcomed to his shop. He got the van raised and appraised the damage. We needed a new muffler system and he had one on hand. He explained everything very well and was absolutely kind. He went to work and sent me and my family off down the block to a nearby ice cream shop. 45 minutes later our van was as good as new. I highly recommend this shop. “I needed rear brakes done on my 06 F250 and had planned to do them myself but...the weather changed too fast and I couldn't get them done. I'd already bought the parts but was having trouble finding a shop to install "customer supplied" parts. Even these guys didn't want to at first but, after explaining that the parts were from our local NAPA, not Amazon or eBay garbage, they agreed to do the job and, I'm glad that they did! It turned out that the truck also had a leaking axle seal that I couldn't have repaired at home. This shop has been around for years but, since I usually do my own repairs, I've never used them. The guys there are friendly and, in my opinion, the rates are reasonable. If/when needed, I'll go there again. However, I'll let them order any needed parts just to simplify things lol!Service: Brakes”
