“The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I recently heard a noise in my car that was not consistent so i stopped by and asked them to go for a ride. They did without hesitation and then scheduled time to put it on the rack to see what it was for sure. After the appointment they took the time to search for warranties and recalls. They definitely could have taken advantage of the situation and just did the expensive repairs but instead they took care of me completely and went out of the way to not only make sure my car was repaired but to make sure it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I’m glad I found this shop when I did a few years ago. I would never go anywhere else. Great people and great work. Highly recommended”

“I highly recommend this place! We were traveling from Michigan to the Carolinas and our transmission started acting up. We made it to a gas station and called Precision Auto Repair and Towing. (We had 5 kids with us). They sent the tow truck and a van to pick us all up. They did the repair in less than an hour and we were back on the road. They were extremely reasonable as well. We were so grateful!!”

“We are from out of state and picked up a nail somewhere on our journey. Too busy on Mondays bc they get shipments of tires in that day so they’re swamped. No big deal, the nail was protecting the tire so we made an appt for today. Not only did it only take 15 minutes upon arrival to patch (not plug) the tire, they did not charge us and told us to return when we had a real problem. This is a tire store that didn’t charge us to fix a tire!! Amazing service and management!! We will definitely be back if we pass back through!! Thank y’all!!”

“My wife accidentally drove through too high of water yesterday and the State Highway Patrolman called Buckeye Collision Service in Marion to get her car towed. We’ve had bad experiences with tow truck drivers in the past. The driver Jeff and the guy hooking up the car, Michael Burkey, were fantastic when helping her out. They are not the normal truck drivers, but they filled in while other drivers were out on another call. The experience would’ve been much different if they had bad attitudes on our already rough day, but they were absolutely fantastic. I know we will be taken care of with them!”

I had taken my SUV to the Honda dealership in Marysville & got the worst treatment (even though we bought it from there!) from the mechanics & people who work at the service dept. They also told me nothing was wrong with my read driver side tire even though it was consistently leaking between 5-10 lbs of air every couple days/week.THANKFULLY I stopped in after work one day & they were able to not only find the small hole & plug it, he was able to do it in a matter of maybe 10-15 mins total! Only charged $16 and its been over a week driving on it daily & hasn't leaked one bit!So glad I came there. It would have cost .e more somewhere else & I wouldn't have been treated so kindly or had it taken care of so quickly!Highly recommend this gas station/mechanic!!!”

“I drove all the way from mansfield to this location because I had heard many good things from multiple people. The drive was worth it. They had no issue finding tires in the size I needed unlike other shops, they were able to take me as a walk-in with no appointment necessary and no wait-time (though I did get there shortly after opening). The employees were professional and friendly, and personally refreshing compared to other repair shops. Oh also so cheap! So much cheaper with amazing service and great attitudes.”

I went down the street to Tire Choice, and they got me right in despite having other appointments and not having anticipated my coming before the first individual let them know I would be in mere moments. “I came in to have a flat tire fixed on my daughter’s car. Within 10 minutes, the spare was removed and the flat tire plugged and mounted. No charge! This is my second time dealing with Katz Tire and I couldn’t be more impressed. Very friendly and quick. Highly recommended.”
