Absolutely despicable company. I called to get a retail price to fill the tank of a person in need this Christmas, and was screamed at by the most abhorrent and disgusting woman. Shame on NWO.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional, horrible communication. I had to call the police to get the owner off my property because he wouldn’t stop screaming at us. This could have been solved with communication but instead they harassed us and refused to leave my property.

Extremely thankful for this company! We called to see if we could get a fill up because the company we usually purchase propane through wasn't contacting us back for scheduling a delivery. They came within about 24 hours of our call, on Christmas Eve. Their prices are way more reasonable then Suburban Propane. We wish we would have called them years ago, we would have saved a lot of money. Highly recommend.

I have been an NWO customer for over a year now. My husband and I purchased a new 500 gallon tank from them and they were at our house setting it up the next day. Removed the old tank,hooked up the lines and regulators then filled us up. Wonderful,wonderful service. Today I called the receptionist and said I wanted my tank topped off whenever they were in the area. She told me they were right down the road and she would tell them. They were at my house in 10 minutes. Can't ask for better service than that. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful.

Price is great. What is not great is the customer service from the office receptionist. Rude and nasty remarks. After talking to other customers that have similar stories and interactions with the lady. We have decided to tell our story and experience. Multiple fills have been made and the tank filling tech each time has failed to leave the slip at the door for the amount filled.Then the mail service has been a joke, so how can you pay a bill that you have not recieved. Receptionist says not her problem. Well the last fill up same thing and is quite rude because our check from the previous fill up had not yet arrived.Constant issues. Good luck might cost me 15 cents a gallon some where else but they talk civilized to thier customers and understand the chaos in the pandemic mail system
